(Side note- they are in Dodger Tap now) I stopped in today for my first time and ordered the grits bowl with bacon and easy eggs. It was huge!!! The grits were cooked perfectly (as someone who is Southern raised, good grits are hard to find outside the South). The staff were friendly and delightful to interact with. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend!

Went to the fairgrounds they were catering to guests, it was very busy, food was dry, overcooked, my wife couldn't even eat the chicken or the Brat we bought the hotdogs and the pasta was ok but had to throw away rest of meal and was unable to finish all of it due to quality of food.

Central Iowa has a soul food spot! It is so hard to get good seafood in Iowa, but TC Mae's has great fried catfish! They even make the tartar sauce in house from scratch. Lucky little Fort Dodge has a hidden gem in the midst.
