I ordered two chicken chalupa meals and was given two beef chalupa meals. Went back and ordered another chicken chalupa meal as a replacement for my daughter who doesn’t eat beef and also wanted to get our original 4 chicken chalupas replaced. We were given major attitude and asked to give the beef ones back and we said no because we had touched them. It’s illegal to resell items once they have been handed to customers, especially since we had to open them to see that they were beef. They were then even more upset with us and we only ended up getting two chicken chalupas replaced while we were still made to pay for the whole additional meal. This was a very unpleasant experience causing my daughter emotional distress since she doesnt eat beef and was made to buy the entire other meal. It was also completely disrespectful to give us attitude and still not replace all 4 chalupas. The menu for a number 6 specifically says chicken chalupas and they acted like it was my problem that I “ordered” beef ones. Altogether, I do not feel comfortable going back to this restaurante.Dietary restrictions: As mentioned above, the menu and service are not compliant with dietary restrictions as their number 6 says that it is two chicken chalupas, but they said we “ordered” beef because that is when they selected for us. This is overall unprofessional and unaccommodating. We ended up paying for two meals that we did not order and then also had to buy a third meal without getting the full replacement for our two original meals. How can a restaurante employ people who select items that we did not order, not replace them, ask for items that we’ve touched back, and still have an attitude and complain to us about it? People should not have to pay for three meals and only receive two of them! We were also never apologized too and my daughter cried about this.Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly for dietary restrictions and is emotionally upsetting.

Went to get food, and we wanted mild and fire sauce but was left at the window for 10+ minutes and had to back up to the microphone in the drive thru to ask for someone to notice us. Then when we asked we got much unnecessary attitude and when we asked to make sure it’s what we wanted there was increased negative attitude. Rude in a way.

Unable to rate food since I was left unhelped at the drive through ordering screen for 10 minutes and nobody responded when I spoke up twice. This is being posted over 30 minutes before close and as stated before I was there for over 10 minutes. Good think their competition won't leave me unattended.

They don't honor the 5 dollar box's offerings bycommercial deals. I quit eating here because the service sucks, yet I know people that work here I will say there good workers and people, the company owners behind the restaurant sucks. He's greedy and doesn't care about the deals taco bell and KFC honor. He'd rather get rich off of not honoring the "Deals advertising on commercials", then to charge what he wants per meal deals. Causes major issues ongoing. I'd rather go elsewhere until he fixes the ongoing issues with his restaurant, and honors all deals offered by the original Franchise offers. On 5 dollar fillers or taco bells deals ongoing. I'll take my business elsewhere good luck u been ⚠️. Now u know.

They were crazy busy for 3pm. There were some problems with a few orders and it took longer than usual. My order was exactly as expected, but at least 3 other customers had mistakes while I was waiting. Staff were working hard, trying to keep up.

There was a man working behind the counter I believe he was checking the chicken even though he was wearing gloves I watched him rub his face & nose with his gloved hands then wipe them on his pants then continue to touch the chicken with same gloved hands. His hair was in a pony tail so by all appearance he looked as if he was being sanitary.
