Wow! Delicious smoothies here! We tried the Sunrise Sunset, Paradise Point and the Green Island Detox. Refreshing and so good! We also tried the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla, which was a yummy snack. I'll definitely be going back.

The bathrooms have been "temporarily" closed for years. Not recommended for dining in for people with IBD, IBS, or children that might need a restroom or anyone that needs to wash their hands before they eat. Food is good, but get it to go if you need a restroom nearby.

Had never been there before. I will return. Had Thai chicken wrap. It was well proportioned. It was very flavorful. The smoothie was great and the price was worth it.

I love tropical smoothie! Great food and a very friendly environment. I personally always get the Peanut buttercup. Tastes amazing. I would give it 5 stars but I have 2 problems. It isn't good enough to carry someone into liking you and I have also had 2 friends get there credit cards swiped here, though neither of those are directly Tropical Smoothies fault.

Staff was extremely disrespectful 3/7/2023 around 7:17pm. My husband went through the drive thru to pick up my online order. My husband told the employee that he was picking up an order for Elizabeth Weir and she promptly closed the window and mimicked in a snarky tone his response of saying “Elizabeth Weir” to her other coworkers, loud enough for us to hear inside the vehicle. Completely inappropriate. There didn’t appear to be a manager or supervisor present either, as the girls were loudly playing inappropriate music on the speakers inside as well. To add to the already negative experience, my order was missing a sauce that was specifically asked for in my order. My husband rang the bell to request the sauce and the same employee responded, “yep” and got the sauce. The girls were not very kind the entire interaction. There’s always a problem when I order from this location. I’ve had enough, so I will no longer be pursuing any business here. I’d recommend those of you reading don’t either. It’s not with the trouble.
I just want to say, that Daquyla and Kam are the best!!!! The wraps and the smoothies were amazingly delicious. We will be coming back for more. These two amazing employees need to be recognized for their professionalism, courtesy, and their devotion to satisfying the customer with a meal at a late hour. We appreciate you both.

Good food but expect to wait when they're busy. Ordered off their app tonight and waited 20 minutes at their drive thru. Got home and received the wrong chips, ordered no onions but it had then, and added carrots but it didn't have them. Pretty disappointing for as expensive as they are.
