I went through their drive through and ordered two sandwiches (two for $6). I was quoted over eleven dollars. I asked if that was right. He said “yes, come to the window”. I went to the window and asked how it was over eleven dollars when the sandwiches was only six. He shut the window on me and called another worker over. I was rudely told the same thing. I explained that they should change the menu if the price isn’t correct. I told them that I no longer wanted the food and drove on. I went back around to double check the menu. Sure enough, two for six. I snapped a picture of it and went back to the window. I showed them the picture. The workers double down on the deal. I asked for the manager, before I could explain what happened, I was twice interrupted by the other staff. She did offer the sandwiches at the posted price, but I declined. The other staff was mocking me as I was discussing the matter with the manager. All this makes me wonder why Culver’s had a long line, but there was nobody at BK.

We just went through the drive thru of your Burger King. Never again. You dropped my kids capri sun on the floor. Another employee got a new one out of the cooler and handed it to you. You set it on the counter and handed my husband the one you picked up off of the floor. And then smirked when he asked for the one that DIDN’T fall on your dirty floor. I ate my fries and then got my sandwich out of the bag. To my surprise, it was not the fish sandwich I ordered, but instead a hamburger. And when I pulled the bun up to see what was on it, a fly flew out of there into our truck. A fly. Inside the bun of the hamburger I did not order. Absolutely disgusting. How long does a burger need to sit for a fly to make its way inside the wrapper?? Never again will we spend money at your dirty establishment. Sick to my stomach.

I dont recommend anything. Rude employees that claim that you have to wear a mask but they don’t. Your food is greasy and would not doubt that a couple of your employees spit in the food when it is served.

I did a app order and walked in without a mask. The manager scolded me right away. I told her I was fully vaccinated. She said "well I am not" I asked her if she could bring my order to the door and she shut me off. I went back to car to I could get a diaper for my face and returned. When she finally came back to me I told her it is hard to get lectured by her when she is standing next to an employee who's mask was under his chin. She said these people are tested daily and she doesn't know where I have been. She proceeded to get my order and guess what. My whopper ordered with no pickle had a bunch of pickles and my wife's no onion had plenty of onions.

Breakfast biscuits continue to be way over cooked to almost burnt. They will randomly have them perfectly cooked but the majority continue to look burnt. I talked with the owner about it several months ago and he said the oven had issues. One would think they'd have it fixed months later or even replaced. I will be going elsewhere as I tested the location off I80/I35 @ University, there were great.

I'm not that big of a fan of BK food, but their coffee is wonderful. It's also one of the few places that usually has coffee ready at any time of day, regular and decaf. Now that McD's coffee isn't what it used to be, BK is my go-to place.

The ketchup dispensers at this place has not worked since day one... Very frustrating when dining inside at this location. Would love to see their ketchup packet cost here as this store as whenever anyone does ask for ketchup they get hand fulls of packets.

This Burger King has to be the worst I've ever been to. I would not be writing this review if the service wasn't this bad. It first started when I pulled up to the speaker. As I pulled up to the speaker there was nobody talking to me for 15 minutes. Later I just pulled up to the window to go order my food. After I finished ordering which was a short order they took over an hour to deliver my food to me. When I got my food it looked old, bitten, and was cold. I was completely unsatisfied with how my food came back to me therefore I didn't even eat it. Definitely worth driving the extra mile to go to a different Burger King. Going off of my experiences I would rate these 1-10: Customer Service: 3 Food: 1 The Ambience: 2

I feel like my life is a s*** storm, i stop here, and i feel like things are gonna be alright! Never know what you're gonna get, i will give the cooks a compliment, they make it THEIR WAY... it's like the DOT of fast food...

I visit this BK often ONLY because I do like the food (occasionally) and it's super close to my work. Every time I go in, they are usually very rude. Cooks in the back just give rude looks, cashiers look mad and obviously don't like to be there. I've had many times I've waited 5-10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. And they're usually very slow getting the food to me after ordering. Today I had walked in 2 minutes before breakfast was over, waited 3 minutes for someone to help me, then they refused to let me get breakfast because it was "lunch hours". All in all, if there's one Burger King I hate the most, Grimes is most definitely that one. If you like stale bread, old meat, slow service and rude employees- this is your place!
