Ordered a strawberry and blueberry mixer to go. Waited five minutes at the counter and watched the girl put away sauces and literally look at me and not acknowledge me.Then, once I was acknowledged, I waited another five minutes for my order. There were literally no strawberries in this mixer that I received. When I called back to let them know, the manager on duty wanted to argue with me that he put strawberries in it. Instead of apologizing and saying, I’m sorry and taking my number down kind of disappointing for Culvers, this is what you get when you get to corporate with restaurants. Quality of service declines.Not impressed. I hope Hailey addresses this.

They literally put like one strawberry in it. When I called back, the manager wanted to argue with me about how he put strawberries in it. That is the problem with corporate restaurants these days. The quality of service has gone way downhill. I am not impressed whatsoever with this location of Culvers. I hope Haley Fixes this
