Ordered through DD, completely forgot I had the Jimmy app. Whoever the guy was from Jimmy's who dropped off our order just now, 12/15/23 a little before 9 pm, thank you for letting me know I can save money ordering through them and not DD. We ordered 2 sandwiches in the drive through then waited 15 minutes for the only car that was in front of us, which that person drove off without food. I then pulled forward, the employee had put both orders on the same ticket even though I had said a few times they were 2 separate orders/tickets. She fixed that fast & then we sat there at the drive up for another 20 minutes. We were watching all employees just stand around and walk back n forth. Not one of them acknowledge us until they handed us our sandwiches and said, "sorry bout the wait, u guys want cookies?" SERIOUSLY CONFUSED ON FREAKY FAST!!

Add another vote for SLOWEST JIMMY JOHNS EVER. I literally live like 2 mins from this location and EVERY TIME I’ve ordered from there, it’s been a 30-60 min wait for delivery. Mostly on the 60 minute side. And when you call to see where your food is at, they’re pissy and just tell you “it’s on its way”. I can literally get GrubHub or DoorDash from a restaurant farther away from me in less time.

Man, I should have read the reviews before I placed my online delivery order. Still waiting for my delivery one hour and 20 minutes later. I called and all they said was it was out for delivery. Very rude and could hardly understand what the kid was saying.

We stopped by at 745pm on Sunday night. After barely being able to hear through the drive through, we were disappointed in what we got. One was the bootlegger unwich with mostly lettuce(which wasn't even completely wrapped around the food). Barely any meat, no mayo, very little bad tomato. Other one was the Vito which we had asked for extra onion, there was barely a couple pieces of onion at all, not much meat. This is typically really good, not this time.

I don’t usually leave reviews but avoid this jimmy johns. I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich and it wasn’t even made right. Added cheese for an extra $1 and didn’t even get cheese. Will not be back.

I placed an order at 9:18AM, delivery for 11:45AM. Order was late. I called at 12:15PM. I was given excuse after excuse as too why its late, no apology given just excuses as to why. Nate did not take any responsibility. I was told they were busy and unable to make a call to state why they are running behind. I was OFFERED NO APOLOGY or DISCOUNT of ANY SORT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order was FINALLY received at 12.33PM, 45 minutes late.

I placed a pick up order at 8:00 pm. Sandwiches were absolutely flawless, and the staff was in high spirits/super personable, even an hour before close. Assistant manager Jacob, and In-Shop staff Lauren and Elliott were running the show. While I've been to Jimmy John's locations all over the country; This trio truly embraces the meaning of customer service, as well as the brand! FRANCHISE OWNERS: Show these guys some love!
