I believe in second chances but I've given this location way too many second chances. I keep going here because it's closer to home but I'm just going to start traveling further away when I want Pancheros. The service is way too slow and often made inaccurate if you order ahead. Ordering ahead and arriving late still guarantees that you're going to wait for your food to be ready. Hopefully this location gets it figured out and I would be willing to return!

The manager was super rude and doesn't know how to talk to any of the costumers there. She would use her HANDS to grab the food and dump the food that was around BACK INTO THE CONTAINERS. This place needs help. BAD.

I would suggest management take a hard look at what's going on at this location. This used to be my go to spot when I've had a long day, but the last three times have not been worth it. In fact, if I could give zero stars, I would. First time: uncooked rice, no chicken (ordered extra), no queso. Result of complaining: Free Burrito next visit. Second time: steak instead of chicken, uncooked beans, no chips and queso. Result of bringing it to their attention: another free burrito, with an admonishment about waiting until the next day to bring it to their attention. Third time: no rice, very little chicken (paid for extra) no cilantro vinaigrette, queso was sludge. Not complaining anymore, just not going back. I know I can't be the only one.

The store is always out of supplies i got a burrito and it had to be double wrapped becuase he got all juice no steak and when the store is out of supplies they get to talk and eat their burritos they fake having no tortillas and never once had fresh ingredients

It's different each time, today they struggled with a small line with 3 employees.The Johnston pancheros can clear 20 people with 3 employees but here 6 customers takes forever to clear.Edit, after the long wait this is probably the worst burrito I've ever seen it looks disgusting and it tastes disgusting.Hopefully I can get a refund. There's almost nothing in it. The tortilla is tough.

Came here once before and they were out of rice.... how do you run out of rice for the rest of the day lol? And today I've never experienced slower service in my life. Dude at the register completely spaced out until the very last second when he could've rang the order up during its creation. Only one other guy making everything and taking his time quite literally "la la la"ing.. a woman even told me I'd wait forever while I got into line. Guys seem nice but really lacks a proper assembly line. Going to johnston from now on

Although the location is close and the food is decent they are awful at online orders. Stood there at the counter waiting for my online order. Came in before 5 other people that went into the line and they continued to make food for those in line vs making my order. Order said it would be ready at 5:38. I stand here at 5:55 and still nothing. Clearly they should just shutdown online orders as they don’t know how to do it. Johnston one is always better about this.

The shift lead when I came in was immediately horrendous to the trainee. He was berating the kid over very small things, when there wasn't even a rush, and continued to do so for a full five minutes. We left the building immediately after this and chose to not buy anything from this business. The shift lead seemed to be attempting to impress the two younger women that were in there when we arrived. We went in on December 17th at 6:20pm. My family was extremely uncomfortable and upset to see a grown ass man treat a young new hire this way. We will not be going back.

Let me preface this review by saying my wife and I have lived in Grimes for about a year and a half…where we lived previously, we used to order Pancheros at least three or four times a month, minimum.In that year and a half that we’ve lived in Grimes, we’ve ordered it (through DoorDash) about 6 times…the math doesn’t work right…?? That’s because in those six times we’ve ordered it, our order has been correct only ONE of those six times…and tonight, only one thing was right, and we feel like we got genuinely robbed (pictures to follow…so we’re done with the Grimes PancherosI’ll attach a picture of the receipt, but to describe it, the only thing that was right was my wife’s burrito…while correct, the burrito was overly crispy and felt like it’d been sitting out for a week or so, it was breaking apart. I received rice in my burrito bowl, which I did not order, and only one salsa when I ordered all the salsas.How did we get robbed…?? Take a look at the receipt in the picture…my wife ordered a small queso, a small salsa verde, and I ordered a small guacamole…on the receipt, they are described as “5.5 oz,” you can clearly see from the pictures, we got 2 oz cups of each…so not even HALF of what we paid forBe better for your future customers Grimes Pancheros…but we’re done with you
