This is probably the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to. I ordered my food carry out and when I went to pick it up they couldn’t find it. They said my name wasn’t a real name whatever that means… They made a new order for me and said it would take another hour. When I picked up my food I asked how long ago they made it because I’m pretty sure it was ready the whole time but we’re too slow to find it my order. The manager said “I don’t know” which it’s a response I was expecting from someone who is managing the place. They made me pay extra for ranch for my wings when it should be already included it’s WINGS???! There was also a leak at the bottle of the container of my wings and she saw and did nothing about it. When I got into my car the wings sauce spilled all over my car because of the whole at the bottom. When I got my pizza my order was wrong and my food was cold and didn’t even taste good. I called back and the manager said she couldn’t do anything about it… I was highly disappointed with there service and will not be returning!

The new leader Samantha is top notch. I ordered two personal pan pizzas for my wife and I on the app. They were out of personal pans, they apologized, credited them back and made us something to eat instead. The food is better but the service is way better.

I drive 20+ miles out of the way just to go to this location. They put love and pride into their work and it shows, well and tastes lol. Can't find that anywhere anymore. They're always super friendly too!! A great team for sure!!

Disappointing they ruined my pizza and I had to wait for them to make another one. Then when I asked for packets of parmesran cheese and red peppers they told me that would cost extra. Godfathers doesn't charge for that and I'm sure they would appreciate my business

Pizza was below average. Not hot when I got home 5 minutes from pickup. The bread sticks were hard like they had sat for to long long. Sorry not your best effort this time.

This Pizza Hut is only open when they want to be. It is a Wednesday at 4:30pm and their website says closed for maintenance. I ordered a pizza online one time and they called back and said our oven is burnt and cancelled my order. They clearly need new management. Unacceptable.

DISGUSTING PEOPLE with absolutely terrible customer service. They will “scold” you if you arrive at 11:05 for an 11:00 pickup because you should’ve googled to see what time they closed. Apparently the employee “needed to get home and will never do this for me again” As if it’s not his job. ? I called back to speak to a manager about how I was talked to. Her response was “I was there and I heard him. What can I do for you?” She told me I was late picking up my order and refused to do anything to help me. When I asked for a corporate number I was told they got bought out and I needed to find it myself. They’re ALWAYS out of something and the service is TERRIBLE! Save yourself and eat at a local pizza place.

Food was good and ready when it said. The only complaint is that the 2 people working were both in the back when I came in an apparently they didn’t hear the bell from the door when I came in due to it being so loud from the ovens I guess so I stood there for a few minutes before they seen me. And when placing my online order it automatically fills in the crust as hand tossed which is what I typically order from other places but of course I wanted pan crust from P.H. So that was a huge disappointment that I didn’t notice it before placing the order.

Stuffed crust was hollow with no cheese and took up over 40% of the diameter of the pizza. Pizza looked unappetizing and disgusting. I tried one slice and threw the rest away. Wish I could give a 0 rating.

Ordered a thin crust pizza with breadsticks. order showed out for delivery for 45 minutes before I got it. Store does not answer phone. Pizza was soggy ND breadsticks were hard. pretty much one of the worst pizza huts I have dealt with.
