Great location, delicious food and drinks, the staff often mess up my drink order but they always correct it when I ask. They are pretty young so I give them a pass and try to be patient because their menu is huge so it’s probably hard to get things right 100% of the time.I used to drive to Des Moines to get it from the location there so I love having one closer to home.

If this is the Smokey Row connected to HYVEE, we stop here every morning for work and JODI is always there to great us with a smile and is very kind and helpful. Love the hot beverages!

I have been there a few times with my parents they have really good coffee and they are friendly when u walk in and they have nice spots to sit and we have seen people we know at the location I like their iced coffee in the summer in the winter gotta go with hot coffee so I don't freeze and shiver they have food their too and it's behind a gas station I like their coffee and I have also been there with my sister in law too with parents great to sit and chat about church and great to talk

4 times I tried to get a bread bowl with cheeseburger chowder & 4 times I struck out. I even called ahead 2 of the times only to find it's gone when I arrive 10 min later.

Nice coffee shop with plenty of space to meet people for business or personal reasons. The staff are pleasant to interact with. The location is also very convenient. I had the hot chocolate and loved it. I will definitely visit this place again.

This is the main Smokey Row but they have satellite coffee houses all around the Des Moines Metro. The food is excellent. But the main thing here is the coffee. They have all of the usual things you would expect, like flavored coffee drinks and so forth. But the real star of the show for me is the house blend black coffee. It is the best black coffee I have had - and I have had a lot, and in a lot of places. Highly recommend!

The coffee was good, but our breakfasts were really bad. I ordered a sausage sandwich with egg and cheese. The cheese wasn't melted and the sausage and egg were cool. Wife has biscuits and gravy with just a little sausage and just a little warm. Being part of Hy-Vee probably doesn't help. Won't be going back.

The person who served us was very nice and went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. My husband and I tried their penini sandwich, it was very good. Also tried a coffee suggested by our server - it was delicious.
I requested a small container of creamer, confirmed whether or not I could purchase creamer more than once. When I got home I realized that I paid for a small cup of milk. For a coffee shop it was obviously clear what I wanted and I know they have creamer. I don’t understand why I wasn’t just told they could not sell me creamer so I could have went somewhere else. I stopped drinking cow milk years ago, so this also caused some issues with my health.

I absolutely love Smokey Row!! The original one is from Pleasantville Iowa, near where I grew up!!! I am so stoked to have them here now!Still the same great place I remember!And unlike Starbucks, they make and cook your food! It's not pre-made frozen junk!

I'm not sure if they're actually putting extra shots of espresso in my drinks. But the other flavors in my drinks are more extra. Might be that they can't hear well through the drive through speaker.

For some reason, they are never able to tell me if I have a free drink with their “rewards program”. They write down your number on a pad of paper. Nobody can tell me how many “points” I need to get a free drink and after months, every time I ask they tell me I am “probably close”. It’s become a running joke with my family.
