Bar atmosphere. Typical bar food. I order tenderloins wherever I find them. These were average. Lots of tater tots. Service was good.

Great food, drinks, and service at a small local bar and grill. Daily specials that can't be missed, including the mushroom and Swiss burger pictured. I had the Cowboy burger and it was tasty. The ranch is top-notch, and what Iowan doesn't love ranch! They also create a few other delicious sauces, including their Uptown sauce that was perfect with the onion rings. My only critique would be that the burgers were a little more well done than I prefer which made them a touch dry. But great quality beef. Staff were attentive and explained all the specials and options. It is a typical bar and grill layout with tables as well as a large wrap around bar.
Lady took our cards to start a tab. We asked to close out and she gave us our cards back. Then as we were leaving she said we didn't pay our tab and asked for our card again.

Truly the most welcoming place- the staff, the people are all the best you can ask for. The food is 10/10, and you can’t go wrong with any burger on the menu. Bust most of all, the environment and the staff are incredible.
Waste of time money and energy!! First.. Ignored upon arrival.Not even an acknowledgement of our presence.. watched others get good service.. almost left a few times but they managed to get to us right at that last minute.. we wanted to give them a chance. Food. Well we should've just driven out to DeSoto to go to Ambrose. The food and service is so much better there . We won't make that mistake again.
