I got an omelet. Disappointing hash brown didn't come with it. Meal was good.

Never before have I been to a little college downtown, and found a cafe that serves both gyros+tzatziki sauce as well as liver, and both taste great! The noise is low, the service is prompt and polite, with a great variety for what seems from the outside as any other place. Even old coots can't find something to grump about here!

This establishment has a small hometown feel along with a great meal. I have eaten here a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. As with many places there is a up charge to use a card to pay. With the high cost of the economy they work hard to keep prices down and still survive so I do not blame for the up charge. Service was perfect they kept an eye on our booth and stayed proactive to our needs. Great place and will be back. If you want good food without fancy dinning this is a good place to go. A great meal, service and price all in one.

We have been going to the Frontier since we moved to Iowa in 2015. It is a small town cafe with a home comfort feel. When we need some really good food that reminds us of being kids, we drive over an hour to eat here. There is plenty of seating and plenty of people eating, and the staff is always friendly. I love the signs in the bathroom and it shows that they enjoy a fun atmosphere. The chili is some of the best you will ever have and if it’s cold outside, getting the chili and a cheeseburger just can’t be beat! My wife loves their Special Club and soup of the day. Homemade pies and deserts always look good but we are usually too full to get any.Parking: It’s street parking and sometimes we have had to park a block away which isn’t an issue for us but could be for older folks.

One of my fav breakfast places. I order pretty much the same thing every time. Always have had nice servers. Been with a group of people and many times by myself. Always been great. I should try more food but why mess with a good thing ?
