I stop in here every year when I’m in western IA for work. I order the same BBQ Brisket Pizza with cream cheese and I swear I will stop every chance I get in the area. I drove an hour and a half out of my way to get it this year! Always good with fair prices and great staff!
Well when you first show up you wonder what you’re walking into ? and as bright as it was outside this day when I stepped in all I saw was black because there’s no windows in this place! But it’s clean once the eyes adjusted just an old bar with a back room for families. Plenty of options but plenty of not available right now too. Driving down US-20 and needed lunch. Just called when about 20 minutes away to place a carry out order. Great prices, hot food and friendly service. We picked it up and ate in the car. So much better than the typical fast food we settle for on a road trip! I recommend the sweet potato fries with ranch for your side.
