I ordered the "vegetarian #1" for lunch, which I was very excited about because it's difficult to find vegetarian-friendly dining in Huxley. I took one bite of my platter and realized that it was stuffed with ground beef. The beef was touching everything on the plate so I couldn't eat any of it. I called the restaurant and they issued a refund, but I won't be dining with them again for fear that they'll accidentally put meat in their specifically marked vegetarian options.

The food was great. I tried a margarita and it was a little heavy on the mix. I prefer table chips warm, but these were still crispy. It would have been nice to be told that we needed to go up to the register to pay. You don't see the register when you come in because it's tucked on the side of the door out of the way. I really enjoyed the tamales.

1st time eating here and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly, especially my waiter. I told him that I was trying to learn Spanish and he let me practice what I’ve learned so far. I will definitely be coming back here.Parking: Huxley, Iowa is a small town. The restaurant is in a shopping center. There always seems to be plenty of parking at and around the restaurant.

We've always enjoyed the food at Casa Azteca, especially the fajitas.
We were basically ignored. Had to get our own menus. Had to ask for salsa for the chips. Ordered a taco salad. All it had was unflavored ground beef, lettuce and tomato hunks. Nocheese and no flavor!

Worst service I have ever received in my life. And I could barely even eat my meal it was freezing cold. Our meal should have been free, and I will be speaking to a manager about a refund. I will not be back. My daughter's fries were over cooked her Mac and cheese was all stuck together with no flavor. The tamales were so spicy.
