I was BEYOND impressed with our takeout order! Normally you can get a carnitas taco or carna asada for $2.50 at a taco truck and it'll take 3 or 4 to fill up but if you go to this place, it takes maybe 2. They are huge and so amazingly good! I haven't found tacos like this since I was in Mexico!

The owners are good people, It not easy in Huxley. The town do not support restaurants well, going on 7 years .Thank you, VERY GOOD FOOD!!

The food at Victor’s is very good. There are lots of different choices, and all of them are good. If you are hungry, order the chimichanga. It is huge! The business has recently reacquired their liquor license, so now you can enjoy a beer or margarita with your meal. This is a small-town business, run mainly by a husband and wife team, so it also feels good to give them our business instead of going out to some chain restaurant. The food is made quickly, so it is also great for a fast lunch. They do a lot of carry out as well. The only downfall is the ambiance. Don’t have high expectations for decor and such.
