It has been a while since we have been to any BK(bad experiences), but last night we ate here. We got the Texas Double and Double Whopper with fries and a side of onion rings. Both meals were HOT and put together well, (not thrown together). Tables and floors were clean. All BKs should be this way.

Took grandkids to have shakes and ice cream for a treat, staff was friendly, new play equipment is a little smaller than the old one. Kids did get a little board fast.

Food was hot and fresh, service was excellent. Needed somewhere to take the grandkids on a cold day and the playground was perfect for the 1 yr and 2 1/2 yr old! Will definitely be back. Worth the driive from Knoxville.
30minutes+ in line at the drive through. Had to pull around and go in to get the rest of my order, which was dug out of the next person's bag. Food was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. My large fry was a small that was half full. Not impressed, but this seems to he the way all things are

The Whole staff was well paced. They had all food very fresh and the staff is very nice. And big shout out to the general manager he is super kind and always puts a smile on my face when I walk in. He makes sure to try and make people feel comfortable and happy when walking in and I really appreciate seeing that in fast food.
BK is cheap and delicious ,I don't even bother eating at any of the other fast food places in town.Service here is always fast and friendly. 12/10 do recommend.
