I got the wrong order, when we told them we got the wrong order, they said okay, gave us our order then they REUSED the food they gave me and gave it to the person who ordered the food they gave us originally. We saw them look in the bags, add fries to it, bc we had touched them thinking that it was apart of our order. And we told them that. Then they proceeded to reuse the same food.

The food taste old, workers are rude. Check put something else in town. For the price go to A&W. Food is better quality, and the workers are respectful. Also they get the order correct when I ask for no lettuce. How hard is it to not put something the burger?

Service is moderate, tolerable because of low staffing. The atmosphere is very nice, a good place for late night gatherings or a quick bite. Not the most affordable, for those who think about comparisons especially in accordance to foot quality.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

This place has screwed up my order the last 3 times I have visited. Today I ordered an egg mcmuffin meal, when I got home I discovered the egg mcmuffin had no egg on it. I won't go to this location ant more.

I have been living in indianola for 4 months now been to this McDonald's three times in the last 4 months every time that I've went there I have had a very bad experience most times I try to just play it off as it's no big deal so this time I ordered three holiday pies went up paid for it everything else got up to the counter they said they had one gave me a refund on my other two then they make me pull forward so that way they don't run up their drive time through their drive-thru which is fine but the reason they did this is because they said they needed to make my Oreo McFlurry so I got my Oreo McFlurry and I left after I got my pie and the McDouble that I ordered got back home The pie is ice cold it does not have a time date stamp on it which they're not supposed to sell and the pie is broken in half My Oreo McFlurry is halfway gone and I haven't even took on a bite out of it I think they filled it up about halfway to 3/4 full with ice cream if that and then put a little bit of Oreo in it and called it good The staff there the management there is just completely terrible I do not even usually do reviews this long especially for natives but this place is nothing but negative I don't see any reason that I will ever be returning to this McDonald's or maybe any McDonald's cuz I'm kind of just tired of it

I went to the McDonald's in indianola, IA, and I can tell you this, worst customer service ever, they scammed me out of my 35 dollar meal and they "claim" they didn't receive the order, we stood there for an hour and no help came to us, everyone working there looks like a bunch of scumbags who were brought off the street with no work ethic at all, no emotional expressions, and it went through on my card with no refunds. They had random fat kids walking behind cash register and they thought it was all fun and games, but I waited for an hour for my damn food and they claim, "oh we didn't receive it", yeh prob cause fatass behind the counter took his 2 hour break to eat my meal I paid for, I demand a refund.

They tried to give me a sandwich I had ordered but got to window seen I ordered wrong so I asked for egg on my mcmuffin and paid the difference and I told lady at 2nd window I paid for one with egg she took the bag back and then still gave me just the sausage mcmuffin, I had to go back and they tried to argue with me til I showed the recite. I finally got the right sandwich tho.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH CURBSIDE MOBILE ORDERING!! We waited 25 min for them to bring our food out the first time-only for half the order to be missing. We told them we needed our two other happy meals and a drink….another 20 minute wait only for us to have to flag down someone to remind them we need our food! Then someone comes back with just our drink, no happy meals. At this time we asked to speak to the manager and they REFUSED to come out so my husband had to go inside and find them! In total, we were waiting there for 50 minutes. This is beyond frustrating…go and support a small business instead of this trash.
