Pictures don't show up very well at all but had the classic roast beef sandwich krinkle fries and a medium Dr Pepper. The only thing good about the food was the drink!! The fries were semi warm and when I asked for extra salt they wouldn't do it but gave me a couple of packets, the meat was cold and had yellow tinge throughout the meat!??? The total bill was $9.11? Wondering if it's a Omen!!?? Or just a coincidence?! Not eating here for quite a awhile!!!! I'm

Wasn't asked for upgrading a meal. The place wasn't bad overall but needed to be swept. Pop machine leaked carbonated water when getting Pop from the D Pepper.

Went in after leaving my debit card an hour away at home. I asked if they would accept a bank acc./ routing #. Unfortunately they could not, however the manager graciously offered to cover my meal for me. This is a man who truly cares about his customers. He had an amazing energy and a very warm smile and kind spirit. From now on I will be visiting whenever I’m in the area. Five stars is not a good enough rating for these fine people

Arby's roast beef catered a huge roaster of beef with two flats of buns. ( In Iowa)
Always a great experience at this Arby's. It can get busy at Noon, but is much MUCH better around 12:45 or later. The service is appropriate. They tend to have a good bit of turnover as far as staffing goes, so it can seem like someone new is always being trained, however the manager is typically always there doing the training and making sure that everything is done perfectly! TIP: The roast beef seems to always be fresher (not dry) earlier in the day. I'm not sure why, it just seems that way!

Went through the drive-through and first off, being friendly to customers matter, this lady had gotten my order and she was so polite, I roll up to the window and i’m greeted with a smile! I mean come on this lady needs a raise! For any managers looking at this since I didn’t get her name, it was about 8:38 PM June 4th 2023. And best fast food burger i’ve had.
