Waited in line 15 min for bakers dozen, out of basic plain & cinnamon raisin bagels. Had to clarify order 5 times and still didn’t include cream cheese. Poor service and product.

Gave it more than a one star because the food is good. However, the long wait, the horribly designed drive thru and the fact that they try to force you to tip when paying with a card is annoying. I would be happy to tip but the fact that it's an expectation and there is not an option for no tip or anything less than $1 is ridiculous. When I asked why there isn't an option for another amount, the worker said "that's just how the world is now". I have never been to a place that doesn't give you options to decline a tip amount.

I’ve been to this bruegger’s a couple of times before and know that the drive-thru layout is not ideal but it’s usually not a problem. But today I stopped to get a couple of bagel sandwiches for my wife and I and was hit with an hour wait in the drive-thru for a total of 8 cars. With how long the process took, I would have thought the bagels would be made correctly. However, that was not the case. All of our bagels were missing something. No cream cheese on my wife’s bagel, one slice of pastrami and no mustard on mine. Both bagels looked like they came from the scrap left overs, even though they said they had a fresh batch coming out for us. I also got a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, but were not prepared for what we got instead. The top half was cinnamon sugar, but the bottom half was an everything bagel. Horrifying.

Soooo slow. Why do I come here? Each car in drive through takes about 10 minutes. They say they are looking into it but it has been this way for years and years. I was going to be early to work. Now I'm late. Very dissatisfied. No apologies from staff about the wait.

The food was good but I waited for 25 minutes at the window for the man working to hand me my ready order. It was incredibly frustrating especially since the line to get to the window was another 20 minutes.

The bagels are great, but the service is very poor. I always experience unreasonable wait times. It shouldn't take that long to serve bagels and simple sandwiches. I spent about 20 min in the drive through on my last visit with just three cars in front of me.

Waits 45 minutes in line for a singular bagel because they are closing 4 hours before advertised and paid $15. If you have the time and desire to wait for a bagel go for it but if you're in a rush 0/10 recommend.

Pros: *it's Bruegger's so the quality is unquestionable *western sandwich is the good go-to *cold brew is great and they don't use too much ice which I appreciate Cons: *a little warning: the staff is effective but gets a little swamped early weekend mornings (drive through, in house orders, DoorDash people), So expect a longer wait. Took approx 30 minutes waiting Inside to receive my bagel (worth the wait though)

Lord have mercy. I really think they're trying here, but service is just SO slow. Slow isn't even the right adjective. I swung in here on a weekday afternoon, after what I thought was the typical lunchtime hour(s). Not so. I pulled in and was the 5th car in the drive thru line. There drive-thru is designed in such a way that you just can't pull out once you're in line, so I waited. And I waited. The gentleman who took my order was super friendly and I only wanted a smoothie. Order placed, and I wait again...and wait a little longer. Finally, I get to the drive-thru window (where I immediately notice all the paint from cars cutting the drive thru window too closely. Yikes. I bet they waited and waited, too). Took about 2 more minutes for my debit card to be processed. He gave me my smoothie first and then asked for payment. not sure if this is typical. Ultimately I think that they're incredibly understaffed here, but I love what they sell and the location is convenient for me. Because there aren't a lot of bagel/smoothie places like this around, and they have a kind of niche market, they're just swamped. I enjoyed my smoothie, but I wouldn't return unless I could get right in and right out. Whoever designed the drive thru did a horrible job. It was obviously designed for people who are paying close attention, and most people aren't.

waited an hour for our bagels. they gave us the wrong bagels, all untoasted, and put the wrong milk in my latte. I am allergic to almonds so you can imagine my surprise when I find that I am drinking almond milk. extremely disappointed with this experience. -sent from hospital

Pretty bad customer service and quality control. I emailed them a month or so ago about having my order made wrong and being charged for two eggs and only receiving one. They never got back to me and issue any sort of apology. I figured it was a fluke due to them being busy and I would give it another chance. So today and I had the exact same thing happen. I paid for two eggs and only received one. I would try emailing them again but it seems like they simply don't care.
