For the second time now I have ordered the western brisket bagel. This is the second time in a row I have NOT GOTTEN WHAT I ORDERED. USE YOUR EARS. I'm paying 8 dollars for a bagel, I should get what I ordered. This place sucks.

Bruegger's has been a long-time Iowa City favorite with locations downtown Iowa City, Coralville, and surrounding area. The location at Riverside Drive and Benton Street was opened quite a few years ago, but it still has a new feel since it was built from the ground up to be a premium location. There is a drive through as well as nice indoor and outdoor seating. Inside there is plenty of natural light and multiple seating options. The menu has changed over the years, but their classic variety of cream cheese flavors are very popular. The Jamba Juice offering is nice to have.

The vanilla cold brew tasted like honey-flavored robitussin and I had to throw it away and go somewhere else for coffee. However, the honey sriracha sandwich was super good! Like others have said, the drive thru wait time is unacceptable. Just save time and go downtown.

I would give 0 stars if i could....Terrible..terrible...terrible . Went in to get one bagel, cream cheese and veggies. They told me it was $12 and some change. Kid working register kept telling me it's because of "inflation and my salary" .....nobody should ever pay $12 for a bagel. Will never go back againParking: They don't have any parking. They only have parking when the tire dealer next to them is closed, and then people park in their lot. After my experience, I really hope nobody goes there. I can eat by myself at Texas roadhouse for the same price. I spent $12 for one bagel, no sides, nothing. I can get a steak, iced tea, and all the fresh rolls I want for $20 at Texas road house.

PSA: Never get an iced chai from the Bruegger's on Riverside. The drink I got was sour.

By far the worst Bruegger’s location in IC!Employees consistently miss items in your order & then shrug you off when you ask for the items that were paid for in the order - unfortunately this has happened on multiple occasions.Also commonly serving out stale, day old bagels that are the same quality as just going to hyvee & buying their brand of bagels from the refrigerated section.Hopefully MGMT sees this & tries to improve their quality control, only reason I’m writing this review.
Do not be fooled by the Jamba Juice in their name, they have not had complete ingredients to make any smoothies the last year I have been frequenting. There have been days I have been told at the drive through, that on top of not having the right smoothie ingredients that they don't have bagels or eggs for sandwiches. What kind of a bagel and smoothie fast food restaurant, doesn't have bagels or smoothies? If you commit to the one way drive through, I hope you don't wait in line just for them to say they lack the proper ingredients. Because it happens every trip I've taken here.

This is the worst place I have ever been. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a bagel. So poorly ran. What is even going on here. My recommendation is to never ever come here under any circumstances.
