First time there tonight, hubs had the tenderloin and I had pulled pork sandwich. The tenderloin was so tough he could hardly cut it let alone chew it. The pulled pork tasted like leftover meat that wasn't in an airtight container. so bad. The service was really good tho so they should really get a new cook or something!

Great gourmet / bar restaurant, serving bar classics. Stick to the burgers and simple things but I had a pasta Alfredo with chicken and shrimp that was well above average in the cheesecake, factory quality.

Stoped In and Pizza was added to the menu. My chicken bacon ranch was delicious. Service is always great! The Golf Course is the best part! Such a beautiful site to see!

I thought everything was subpar aside from the tenderloin sandwich. The salad, the balsamic dressing, and the dessert like sweet potato waffle fries. However, the pork tenderloin sandwich was the best I've had out here! Thick cut, crispy batter, pickled onions and a mustard seed dressing. Perfectly executed!

Service is usually a problem but not on this occasion.

We went for brunch after church on Sunday we did have reservations because we had a group of 9 but there was only one other table taken when we arrived at 12:30. I ordered the trio of eggs Benedict that's a lot of food for one person but thankfully I split it with my husband. Over all they were really good the crab cake was a bit over fried in my option though. The service was really great and accommodating. One of the severs even made my daughter a balloon animal, it was so thoughtful! So busy eating I didn't get a picture of my food.

Bump's Restaurant lives in the clubhouse at Finkbine Golf Course. I'd give this a 3.5 star but all things considered it's doing great things! Definitely above average for a golf course restaurant, IMO.Bump's is open on the daily. They serve up lunch (until 4PM) and dinner on weekdays, with brunch on weekends. (Don't miss their happy hour, M-F $4 domestics and $5 house wine.)We came in on a Sunday for brunch. We had a reservation. (Call 319-335-9662. It is recommended.) We were seated right away and drinks came out semi-quickly. But oh my gosh our brunch took over 90 minutes! They weren't even overly busy-- the food just took a long while to get out.I had the brisket hash and it was nothing to write home about (though the meat itself was fabulous. I'd definitely try more brisket dishes in the future). My Irish coffee hit the spot, as well. My kiddos had pancakes and french toast. Wowza is that french toast brioche huge! The eggs benedict looked phenomenal. I'd order those next time with crab cakes. (They were out of crab cakes at the time.)The ambiance is super cool. Love the memorabilia throughout. The pricing seemed on point. The staff is kind and generally knowledgeable.Overall, hit the links and pop in Bump's-- you won't regret it.

Bump's Restaurant has a great selection of delicious foods — traditional favorites and some unique items. Service is fast and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Good spot to gather with friends and family. Plenty of seating and space for special events or business meetings. The outside patio seating has a beautiful view of the golf course. Posted on 14 Jun 2023.

The service is excellent- their patio is large and not cramped, very shady too. Good place to relax & grab a drink. Prices very reasonable. Service 5 stars!

Visited Bump's as part of the Iowa Pork Producers Tenderloin Trail. Two out of the three of us ordered the tenderloin sandwich and both of received undercooked meat. I was sorely disappointed because the sandwich had all the makings of being a good one. The creamed corn that I ordered as my side was delicious.

Atmosphere is great. It feels brand new. Clean and spacious. Nice bar and dining area. Big screen in dining area. Long slender cement patio wit view of golf course. Friendly staff. Food was acceptable.
