What mexican restaurant does not give taco sauce for their food ? Won't be ordering from here

ate here last night, got our bill and the total was $43.30. the teenage boy that was serving us ran our card for that amount, and came back with the credit card slip. i added a $6.70 tip bringing our bill to a total of $50.00 even, and my card was charged for $54.00. will never eat here again. cannot believe the server thought it was okay to adjust the tip to what he deemed correct and charge my card for more than i had authorized and signed to pay for. not gonna call and complain and argue over $4.00. but it's the principle and the fact that he thought it was okay to steal money from me, i wanted other people to be aware that this happened to me at this restaurant to maybe save someone else from having money stolen from them!

Good food. Good service. Good atmosphere. My wife, 12 year old and myself had a great meal. Chimichanga, rolled quesadillas and the pollo con chorizo plater. Definitely would go back!

The waiters are evil misogynistic pigs. They refused our whole table of girls all of age. But we watched them serve men behind us but denied the only girl of the group. The other workers laughed and cheered him as he denied us service, it was humiliating and rude. The waiter was the short boy with light brown hair, nose ring and wears ripped jeans. Most likely under 21, and my table noticed all of them drinking a margarita behind the bar together. After taking our order for food he forgot to send half of our food order in the kitchen. When we finished eating he made us wait for the bill for twenty minutes we had to go up to ask for the bill and even then we waited 15 minutes to finally get our bill. I know this is a college restaurant and I don't expect high class but I expect respect. They have lost mine and all of my friends business. Cactus 3 would never do such a thing.

The chips SMELLED musty, like when you leave foodstuffs in your pantry for years and then take a sniff and regret it. Still edible, just... off-putting. Clearly not fresh. The entrees were good (chalupa, bean burrito and cheese enchilada with sides) and the price was right for the lunch special, but we wouldn't return if we had the choice.
I used to love going to cactus 2, but I won't go back after the last time. The service was ABYSMAL. It took ten minutes for someone to come over and get our drink orders. Water and non alcoholic beverages were ten minutes after that and I ordered an alcoholic beverage at that point (20 minutes in). My friends got their drinks ten minutes later (30 minutes in) and our server disappeared for an HOUR. She had forgotten my drink and never came back to check on us for me to tell her she forgot it. I got it not long after she came back (90 minutes in) and then she disappeared for another hour. We had to get another server to go find her so we could pay and get out. We were there for two and a half hours and only got one drink each (she didn't come back to see if we wanted food or refills, which we did). She never apologised for forgetting my drink or ignoring us. I work in food service and have for a few years, forgetting someone's drink for that long and disappearing is a big deal. I would be scrambling to rectify the situation and do what I can to salvage the experience at that point, but the fact that she disappeared again is mind boggling. I've never stiffed a server (and never will), but this was the closest I've ever gotten to doing so.

Service was okay, but the food was absolutely terrible. The rice was mushy and the pork in my burrito tasted like cat food. Additionally, the margarita was not particularly good, and I don't think it even had any tequila in it. Atmosphere was okay...not very authentic. Definitely not going back.

I don't find the food to be all that good at all, and I've tried quite a few different things. I still go and am still working my way around the menu. Hopefully I will find what I like. But their drinks are good and the atmosphere is really great. Love to pregame here.

Food was fast, but the quality was horrible. For what they charge and what they give you ridiculous. I ordered a chalupa that looked nothing like how it should and for paying 34 dollars at the end the only good thing I can say they have are their drinks.
