The place was not cleaned it was dirty on the front line and in the kitchen where they was cooking. I only rated it because you have too. I was trying to take more pics but for the respect of the privacy of the workers I couldn’t because they would’ve been in them without their permission.

First time Trying this Place took over 45 mins to get my order DoorDash diver decided to take another order which pushed mines back even more not to mention by the time I got it it was cold and NOT What I order I Ordered the Steak bowl with Extra steak and cheese didn’t get nothing but a chicken bowl!! Saving it so I can take it back!!

My experience here was so poor, and no one should have to go through this type of service. I stopped by this Chipotle on Feb. 20, 2024, around 7:30 pm. I completely understand it can be rough being one of the only Chipotles in an area surrounded by nothing but college students, but having employees who couldn't care less about your experience is unacceptable. There was a long line, but if you’re not going to care about your job, at the bare minimum, FOOD SAFETY IS A MUST. I know for a fact the employees were over it when I was patiently waiting in line and got to the counter with a smile and ready to order to help make their lives easier, and I was greeted with the most annoyed face I have ever seen on someone. Anytime I said what I wanted when asked, the response was no eye contact and an aggressive assembly process. When I asked for a little bit of queso, instead of spreading it out (like every other Chipotle I have been to outside this one does), it was a glop of queso right in the center. Extra lettuce? I got what was left in the container, which was a pinch of lettuce. Extra cheese? You’re getting what the standard amount of cheese is. So imagine what you’re going to get when you just ask for cheese. Behind the counter (where the employees work) was a MESS. Cross-contamination was happening in every single food item. All this leads to my main issue: my partner, friend and I got food poisoning from this place. I had only two bits of my guacamole and got it. My partner ate his whole bowl in one sitting and is currently vomiting his guts out. Considering these employees could care less about doing the bare minimum, I can say with certainty, as a Store Manager myself in the food industry who takes food safety extremely seriously, that I would not be surprised if they were either not cooking things properly, things were out of temperature, or hands were not being washed, and we got food poisoning from this location. I have had food poisoning before and have seen the worst of it. And this has surpassed any experience I thought was bad before and has made it the absolute worst customer service and food safety experience. Considering we spend $45 and we’re understand, this is concerning. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place; no food place is good enough to risk food poisoning and a bad customer experience, especially Chipotle.

Came all the way to Chipotle. To Ask for a quesadilla. And she said sorry you have to do that online when there's no one else in the store. How hard is it to make one? When Poncheros Can make it just fine. We're not going to this location ever again. Not like it was slammed packed in the middle of the week.Thank God ponch was across the street

Ever wonder why you have hair in your food? Try eating at Chipotle. I watched an employee fix his hat and then directly start making an online order, without washing hands.Don't bother with a walk-up order. I watched as staff were more than happy to make a online order than even acknowledge that people were waiting to place an order.After seeing the employee mess with his hair and then work on online, I know why Chipotle has problems.Parking: Very limited street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. No door openers, high counters, narrow walkways and door openings.

I ordered a bowl from this place from doordash and my order was complety wrong. I ordered double protein with steak and barbacoa and I only got a half scoop of barbacoa and no steak at all, I also ordered fajita vegtebles and those were missing too, I was missing my chips as well. If you're ordering form this place choose a different location
