The worst service ever!!! I accidentally made my order for Iowa city instead of Coralville and they proceeded to make my order and deliver it and because my driver couldn’t find my place he cancelled my order. I called the store trying to talk to someone the guy proceeded to say that not on us but yet they made my order and just couldn’t complete let alone call me and say “hey we don’t deliver to Coralville” I was paying cash so it would have been fine. But now bc it’s late I can’t place an order to get it. The guy hung up on me and didn’t bother to listen when I asked. When I placed the order and it had a Coralville address to even call me. Iowa city dominoes it the absolute worst. Mistakes happen and all it takes is a simple phone call. Going to to bed hungry now!!!

I waited for over 2 hours to get food and it completely pissed me off. I called the store and they said they were backed up and I totally understand but it took over an hour after that time. So, disappointed.

There is this one delivery driver who always gets confused when dropping off our order (Alpha). Well tonight our order said delivered and it wasn’t outside our door so we went and looked for it at every other door of the building since last time he delivered it to the wrong door. So my roommate calls and whoever she talked to had a really negative tone like it was our fault. Then when the driver comes to the door he accuses my roommate of stealing the first order he delivered. I went out to explain to him that if the first order was really delivered here then my dog would have barked at him like she did when she heard him open the outside door and start climbing the stairs to our apartment. I’ve never had any issues prior but this one really makes me not want to order from this location, at least not delivery

Do not order from this location the manager and employs are completely incompetent. I ordered a single medium pizza for delivery at 9:30 it was cooked and began a quality check by 9:39 and that quality check went until 10pm when they out of no where canceled my order and when I called and asked their only response was "I dunno"
