What happened here?!? Sad to say one of our seemingly regular trips to Jimmy Jacks has left us disappointed.First the chicken sandwich was changed to a smoked chicken breast that apparently comes smothered in BBQ sauce and cheese (I have grown accustomed to saucing my own items at JJ so I opted to have the toppings on the side). What I was served was a very thin overcooked chicken breast that left much to be desired.The brisket has been changed but staff assured us it was just being hand cut now (exactly how was it cut before- no one knows). My husband couldn’t pin point it but states it’s just not as good as it was.When our food came was the time the staff decided to tell us the fries have been changed as well; SERIOUSLY?!? The fries too- this visit couldn’t get any more challenging could it? Well if you’ve brought a toddler it could- all 3 high chairs are broken in one capacity or another rendering them unsafe for use ??♀️??♀️??♀️2 stars still given because staff was still kind (although didn’t check on us after serving our food) and atmosphere hasn’t been changed so maybe these food mishaps can be resolved ?

Great food, but staff could use some more personality like the expertise of the Wendy's Drive Thru Guy exemplifies. That Man could make this delicious food even better!

Everything about jimmy jacks is great from the food to the workers. Wonderful flavors and the workers always seem cheerful and happy. The only bad thing is its distance from my home.

Bad experience on 3/22/24 right after 3pm.I had a to-go order and there was 2 front of house workers, one worker made sure to be on his cell phone behind the counter, while the other one was talking to his friends instead of packing my to-go order. I ended up having to wait for 30min and got my order much later than the "ready time" I was given on the order app Toast. At this point my food is cold, not worth and wouldn't recommend or order again with this terrible service. This isn't the first time.

I love my ribs, but them ribs Were so tender you can take your finger and pull them off the bone I must say they beat Famous Dave's and Mission Barbecue I did not care for their macaroni and cheese they use those big

Delicious ribs, pulled pork and brisket. Tasty sauces. Excellent macaroni and cheese. Mouth watering honey cornbread. Thanks for being so helpful in deciding what to try. Worth the hr plus drive.
