The workers tonight (12/2/2023) were some of the rudest service workers I have ever seen, completely unacceptable to make paying customers wait outside in the RAIN for their food. All because they messed up the receipts and can’t get people their orders in a mannerly order. They are currently YELLING at customers to wait outside. Belligerent.

I’ve ordered 2 deliveries from this location received neither, got credits for one. My new location is outside of their delivery so sounds like the credits will just sit thereIf they call and ask you to cancel don’t do it! They won’t refund you or provide much service afterwards

Ordered through uber eats, got it an hour afterwards, this is iowa city, not some huge city. On top of that they gave a piece of stale bread like it was heated on purpose to make it too hard too eat because i called complaining about my food not being here. Driver doesn't know about gps, i can understand not everyone uses it but you're a driver you should know about it.

Ordered 2 sandwiches at 7:10pm waited until 9:58pm to get food. More reviews to follow. On the third call the manager, Caitlin, hung up on me. Trash manager, other employees that I interacted with are awesome.

Pretty terrible. Its almost as if they do it on purpose.Ive got home and my sadwich had no meat on it previouslt..yesterday it had no cucumbers, lettuce or tomato its like they think its funny or something because i dont understand how you can make a sandwich woth 4 toppings on ot and leave out 3.

Have never been treated so poorly in my life. The delivery driver didn't deliver the correct items so we went in the store to make things right. As soon as we entered the store the workers were defensive and rude. I was always taught that the customer is always right, but for this store the F bombs were flying right and left. We asked to speak with the store manager and the response was, "She is too busy and wouldn't help you anymore than we are." We left very shook with how we were treated by the employees at this store. I typically love Jimmy Johns, but would advise to stay far away from this one!

I Ordered 4 platters for a bridal party and only received 3. I talked to them over the phone and went into the store and we were treated terribly. All I wanted was a refund for the platter we didn't receive but the staff refused to take accountability for the mistake. We were told to "get the f*** out of here" and also had a "**** you" yelled at us as we were leaving. Terrible customer service and they also blamed us for the missing platter. We were also told the manager was too busy to talk to us. 0/10 would recommend.

Placed an online order for pick up. When I got home my order was not correct. I then called and told them it was incorrect, could they please remake it. I was told by an employee I don’t know what to do about your order. So I asked who was the manager, she stated it was Cora. I asked if I could speak to her. I was then placed on hold. The same individual came back to the phone and said AGAIN, I don’t know what to do about your order and then hung up on me. I called back, of course they did not answer. Whose customer service I have ever encountered.

Literally the worst service experience I’ve had at any fast food or chain or full service restaurant period. My delivery order was 2 hours late, and after calling to check in on my order, I was STILL told that there was “no estimated arrival time“ for the order. Then when I called, ( in a super chill manner because I literally work in the food industry as well), they had the audacity to be rude to ME. I get totally that the food industry can be frustrating, especially when things out of your control happen while working. But the worker I spoke with was the most unprofessional and careless employee I’ve ever spoken with, and he refused to help me any further nor give me any customer service number to help me rectify the situation.
