I have no complaints about the food, but occasionally I'll place an order online for in-store pickup, and will get there to find a sign on the door saying, "Lobby closed - short staffed", and I'll have to get in the long drive-thru line to get my sandwich that has already been made.

Staff was unbelievable rude when I asked my sandwich to be remade when they made it wrong. Lady grabbed it out of my hand and told me I was wrong about the sandwich I ordered. Do not recommend at all!!!

I don't want to like I'm being picky here. Especially, when I'm paying 15-20 for a sandwich! However, is it a crime to want your sandwich in a bag when you are purchasing a sandwich to go?When I asked for my sandwich to be placed in a bag I was looked at as if I asked to molest a child. Furthermore, the gentleman if you want to call him that, pointed to the bags on the counter and the napkins and my sandwiches and said you can put them in the bag. Once again I don't want to seem small-minded here but for a 15- $20 sandwich can you please put my sandwich in a bag without an argument or debate.

Do not go here. Lobby is closed for no apparent reason while they are fully staffed. This has been ongoing for almost a year now. Just off of the highway so super disappointing and inconvenient to drive up and realize that their doors are locked while employees working inside with no apparent issues to the interior. Drive thru takes forever.

DO NOT GO HERE. This location, just off of the interstate, has their lobby closed and doors locked for no apparent reason. They're fully staffed, and the interior appears fine but have the doors to the store are always locked. This has been the case for almost a year now. The only option is the drive thru which is stacked full and takes forever. Horrible managerial practice. Take your business elsewhere.

This store continuously has the front doors locked and drive thru only due to "lack of help" and it's an Interstate location. For the longest time they would close at 5PM. Today to top it off, once again doors locked and counted 80 people try to enter but were not allowed to enter - several car loads fron out of state BUT my wife's co worker ( a doctor) tried to go into the store but was locked , looked around the corner and seen the amount of cars in the drive thru so she went back to the store and was allowed in and came out with a sandwich in two minutes. Sooo wrong! Fix you help issues and/ or pay more and take care of your customers or there will be none left - lots of options to eat at than JJ !!!!!! Oh called Corporate but they didn't seems real interested either But did say their location showed open and the doors should NOT be locked.
They were hauling in farm fresh lettuce!
