We ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and 3 sodas. Our pizza was cold and uncut. We also didn’t get our soda. We will not be getting from here again.

one of the worst places to work or eat try to contact corporate about the problems at the store in Iowa City and all they do is argue with you put you through to somebody that will not return your phone call I wouldn't eat there for anything they have cockroaches they have dirty trays they're reusing they don't get them washed properly they only care about the sales and not the customers they don't abide by doctor's notes they break them if you work there and you have an incident with a manager they only take one side story they don't take both management has said many times she won't hire anybody older because they won't work out she only wants working with kids

Just went to order, had a full lobby. Employees were working very slow, took about 20 mins for someone to come to the front. Manager (Kristanna) was very disrespectful. Pizza we’re laying all over. Manager was using the meat cutter on all pizzas. Manager had face mask on but not correct way. Manager yelled at employee (Daniel) in front of people in lobby. Manager rolled her eyes at the people in the lobby, had no idea who ordered what. Very disappointed.

My first time at this location, customer service was good. As far the pizza! It did not taste anything like little caesars in Cedar Rapids, the pizza dough wasn't done right at all. Waiting time was little too long, I don't think it should take 15-20 minutes for few pizza.
