I ordered the Japanese pan noodles and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helped me build a vegetarian option for the noodles. The portions were also filling.

Been to noodles and company many times and never had my mac and cheese look like this. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this was gross. Looks like old cheese or something. (Definitely not just the shredded cheese melted. The entire consistency was very lumpy and just off)

Placed an order through the app. Delivery driver cancels (DoorDash - shocking, I know). I get an email telling me to call the store because my order was canceled. Call the store. Girl says she issued a refund which will take God knows how long to clear my bank and I now have to re-place my order so it get re-assigned to a new driver and my food that’s already sitting there will eventually be delivered. Two forty dollar charges til the refund clears? No thank you. I ask if I can just have the food since the problem was on their end. Nope, I have to reorder. I told her to keep it. I’m going to stop trying at this location.

i went there tonight wearing a snow white costume and i was complimented with a note saying i looked really cute! i’m not sure who wrote it tho. there was a guy with glasses and one dangly earring and one with curly hair and some tattoos. i didn’t catch their names so i’m hoping for whoever put that note in there to see this so i can get their name and say thank you!

There was a worker with pink hair who was unnecessarily rude for no reason, all because I asked for extra napkins they gave me dirty look and roller their eyes. Unacceptable
