Staff were unbearable and extremely unfriendly, after waiting in only a 2 person line (me being one of them) for 20 minutes I politely asked how much longer and was snapped at, this is the only Pancheros that has consistent bad service. Take the extra 10 minutes to go to the downtown location, you will get your burrito much faster and have much better service.

I watched an employee who was making the burritos blow his nose. When he went to the sink afterwards, he splashed water on his hands for half a second, without using soap. Very unsanitary.

Last two times I visited the Riverside Drive location, the staff were unprofessional and very slow. (Five employees working, too busy cussing at each other and pants so low I could see their underwear). The prep surfaces were covered in food rements. Disgusted, several customers including myself left without placing my order and will go elsewhere.

Poor management store manager rude and disrespectful I don’t know how she still working there food old and nasty small portions store always dirty tables floors bathrooms hallways always nasty manger mean to employees I see a lot of nice hardworking employees get treated poorly in it’s not right need new mangers asap I will keep complaining til I see better management or ima keep complaining to the higher ups a lot of good worker loose their jobs because of poor management I want to see better I feel bad for them the whole store is running down because of mangers district managers too I will keep complaining to something happensParking: Good parking that’s the only good thing about the store

Employees seem very disgruntled and out of many items to complete the door dash orders. Wait times continuously kept getting extended waited over 20 minutes and items for orders were still not ready.

Preordered my food got there an hour before close workers saw me standing outside for my order for 20minutes ( since they lock the door an hour early I guess?) well after order was completed online he finally opened the door and gave me two different excuses for why it’s not made. one “ we ran out of dough “ then” we have no meat at all either “. So I then I asked for a refund he told me come back when the gm is here. With no suggestion as when. Honestly seems like they didn’t want to cook more and made excuses. I’d rather be told we didn’t want to get stuff dirty for an hour rather than being lied to and feeling scammed.
I stopped here after a long day at work and all the staff were friendly and made my order really fast. It tasted good and the ingredients were as fresh as one could ask for.

Had to stop at pancheros on the way back to KC. Got a burrito to eat there and one to go, but the one to go didn’t make it out of the restaurant. Had to eat both. Got two steak burritos. They were awesome!

I usually don’t leave reviews. But I spent money on queso on my burrito and there is no queso. I had a pickup order, and I understand if you run out of queso, but do not make me spend extra money on something that I am not getting! Instead of telling the truth, you just took my money and gave me an unfinished burrito. Ridiculous.
