This is my favorite place to get poke bowls. The ingredients are always delicious and reasonably proportioned. To top it all off, the presentation is always excellent, they even include a pretty flower atop the dish! Everyone in Iowa City should try this restaurant at least once.

Took myself to Soseki on a date and I was throughly pleased! I got Crab Rangoons and the Spicy Tuna Roll as an appetizer and they were both delicious! For my entrée I got the Mongolian Shrimp and added Beef. It was absolutely amazing. The flavor was on point and thanks to my waiter Seb I got more bang for my buck! Definitely recommending and definitely will be returning! Total experience was a 10/10!

Casual place, friendly service. Sushi was good, but curry fries were great. Just FYI strict carding policy. 65 year old guy couldn't be served a beer bc he didn't have ID on him.

I love Soseki and reccomend it to anyone whenever I can. I have never been disappointed by their sushi, and all the employees are extremely friendly. My personal favorite roll is The Executive, if you are in Iowa City this is a must go.

Absolutely love this place. Its's right next to the parking garage, so it's super convenient to park nearby.
