I just walked by. I can't afford a $6 cup of coffee! Smelled good. And, points added for giving out their used coffee grounds for a great addition to your garden compost. Even to me, as I pause for a free sniff on my way out. It's the little acts of sustainability, kindnesses, that add up to a cohesive society, and world. In my strident opinion. :)Parking: There's plenty during non-rush times. Big Hy Vee parking lot, with Tesla chargers and free air also available at the connected gas station. (North Dodge store, anyway). 90% empty and Fairly safe 11 pm to 5:30 am, ostensibly with cameras recording, but they wouldn't show me the footage of area during time when my bike was stolen there, once...

This is a good place to play trivia. The host Taylor has a great voice for trivia and does his best to make it fun. The trivia starts early and gets done by 730. As deli food goes, not the best. Hy-Vee delis have really been going down hill in recent years.

Went to breakfast with friends. Service was terrible. We waited at least 30 minutes after ordering to receive our food and the restaurant was almost empty. Ordered hot tea. No tea bags. The tea was in the container labeled COLD brewed tea. The one server acted like I was crazy for questioning that. I ordered an omelet. It was clearly a pre-made processed omelet with a few sautéed veggies. It was dry and hard. The toast never arrived. My friends ordered oatmeal. It looked like raw oats with no liquid. There was some, but they had to stir vigorously, which then cooled it down. One friend ordered pancakes, they at least were decent.

Excellent customer service and, as expected, delicious drinks. I make Starbucks coffee at home, so when I go to a Starbucks I get Chai latte (iced or hot depending on the weather). Such a treat!!
Dreadful. They got my name wrong and kept calling out “Creamy Davis” (my name is Joanne). I wanted to sit down but all of the tables were covered in provocative photos of elderly Vietnamese men. The other customers were oddly fascinated by the photos and there appeared to be a tour guide leading a small group. They tried to get me to join the tour but it was $55 per person - terribly overpriced. I ended up kneeling in the corner sipping my beverage and noticed one of the baristas carving up an entire roast duck, which to my dismay was for “employees ages 35 or older only”. I then made my exit, but not before someone accidentally sprayed fabric softener on my sweater. It is unlikely that I will return.

Went to the restroom and instead of making my drink made the lady's behind me.

My coffee was made wrong. I love Starbucks and I hate giving this rating but only one person working, I felt really bad for her. I waited a long time but totally understandable because only one person. When I got my drink it was all wrong and I felt bad for saying anything because she was already making another coffee.
