If i could leave zero stars I would. This is the WORST taco bell i have ever been to. The workers are so rude. All they do is sit outside and smoke weed. Today I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and they said “they didn’t have cheese” When I asked again they put so much cheese on I can’t even see the burrito. So disappointed.

This Taco Bell is always the most disrespectful no matter what time of day it is. Just about every single time I have gone there the window worker will take my card and give me my food without saying a single word to me. The food they always give me is made so terribly. They have also not refunded me twice now due to Mobil orders and I’m sick and tired of this behavior which is why I’m finally posting this. I’m a vegetarian so living in Iowa, I’m very limited to where I can get fast food and with my job this is sometimes the only place I can make it to which is why I’ve continued going, but if you’re looking for a good Taco Bell, go to coralville, they at least do their job.

The manager I believe his name was Christopher was very professional and customer service oriented. You don't see it much lately especially in the fast food industry. I hope Taco Bell realizes what they have. His professionalism was reflected by the entire crew. They all worked as a team. Very impressive. The food was served in a timely manner and the restaurant was clean. I was there on Thursday 4/4/24 around 6:30pm.

Literally didn’t know you could be this rude to people and still hold a job. This place needs to do some serious rehiring. Guy at the drive through was rude taking order, barely opened the window to give me my food, was in his phone the whole time, didn’t even look at me. Like wtaf?

Honestly, the food was fine besides the cheese and lettuce still being frozen on our tacos. However, the cashier, “Jesse B,” was easily one of the most rude people that I have ever met. My family was actually speechless with how he treated us. If he wasn’t snapping at us, he was ignoring us. We asked him how his day was as we handed him our card and he didn’t respond. Meanwhile, how would only open the window wide enough to shove his arm out it to hand us something which resulted in our things being smashed by the window multiple times. This is the basics of what occurred. My best advice is that, if you want to be treated like a human or see any ounce of content, joy or fulfillment at the point in your day that you decide you are hungry, don’t go here as long as this man works here.

This was such a terrible experience, I had to fight to not even get my order correct. So rude! I’m calling corporate cause something needs done about this and their 2nd/ 3rd shift.

Got 2 chicken Flatbread totally disgusting tasted like canned chicken got sick even my dog didn't eat
If the guy who just served us tonight is staying I will become a regular. I've had MANY bad experiences here in the past, one time I ordered a grilled cheese burrito beef and they gave me steak and when I went to get it fixed they gave me a grilled cheese burrito without any meat, thanks for that "D", female on morning shift, I won't post your full name here because you probably need this job but one can only guess. Another time I was told the suaces weren't free and they wouldn't give me more than 5.The guy tonight however, was very kind, courteous, and catering. I think he is new. He could run circles around his other team mates and honestly deserves a raise. I didn't manage to get his name but he is top tier compared to the rest of the employees there that have brought the ratings of this particular Taco Bell so low. 3/6/2024

Food and tacos are always wet and smashed?? Why is it wet? And always barely filled… and anytime I ask for an ingredient to be removed like sour cream, I always get it anyways. Drinks are only filled halfway but how am I supposed to without a straw in the first place ( that they dont give)
