Macarons are one of my favorite desserts and it’s hard to find ones that hit right. These are the BEST macarons I have ever had - the texture is sooo perfect and flavors are unique and AMAZING. Seriously you’ve got to try ?

I saw a table up at Newbo city market with a spread of bakery items and I was immediately drawn in. I picked up a cookie dough croissant and a pack of pistachio cookies. She accepted card and cash. It was the best croissant I have ever eaten, I couldn’t stop telling my friends about it. I’m glad I took a business card, because once I showed them a picture they were all asking how they could get one too. The pistachio cookies were also the perfect balance between sweet and salty. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I bought croissants from their booth in farmers market and it was terrible: little chocolate in it, not completely baked, not fluffy, and not fresh at all. The one on display looked very different. One of them reached a container under the table to get mine. Above all, they charge $7 for a croissant, so I thought I am getting something exceptional.

I just ordered a Parmesan biscuit and a cranberry apple and walnut salad and they were both AMAZING! The biscuit was super soft & crumbly and the salad was balanced super well. Can’t wait to order again!

I tried Valerie’s yesterday and loved it so much I ordered again today. I ate the croque monsieur (ham) and chocolate and earl grey macarons, my first grader ate the quiche lorraine, and my partner loved the marble cake. I’ll be ordering again and again. Can’t wait to try the broccoli & bechamel quiche!

Valerie is incredible! Her food has such beautiful, unique flavors and it’s always fresh with quality ingredients. She did a gorgeous macaron tree for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier. The guests couldn’t stop taking about it & how they were the best macarons of their life!
I had a Crepe Suzette and the broccoli bacon quiche, and both were fresh, warm, and delicious. The macarons are likewise wonderful - perfect texture and great flavors.

The Chomp menu needs a disclaimer: entrees ordered online are pre-prepared frozen meals that are microwaved for you. I have delighted in Valerie’s cooking at private events. But for $16 per entree, plus delivery fees, I wasn’t expecting a microwaved meal. (That’s actually what I was trying to avoid!)
