I have always left any of the Jethro's Restaurant..full, smiling and ready for a nap !! ?I love all pork products and Jethro's Stuffed Pork Chop is no exception. Tender, juicy Boneless Chop stuffed with a perfectly balance mix of Bread, Mushrooms, Butter, Onions and Sage. I also ordered a side of Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and a side of Pit Ham.Jalapeno Corn, a sweet Corn Meal Muffin and I was set.Half of it went home in a Styrofoam "Just as good later" box !! ❤❤

Wow... great taste of Iowa's BBQ. Pork tenderloin sandwich with a side of onion rings beyond great. Sandwich is huge. Had enough for the next day's lunch. O-rings, although a little greasy, can't be beat. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was clean, well lighted, and comfortable. Can't go wrong at Jethro's!
