I placed an online order to be ready for drive through pick up at 11am. Placed the order at 10:30am. Get there and I get told my order isn't ready. OK, no big deal. Waited another 27 minutes before it was ready, and the guy at the window acted like it was an inconvenience for him. I had a simple order, an unwich and pickle. Get to work, open my unwich, and can't even eat the lettuce it's so brown. Won't be back!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST JOMMY JOHNS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!! I’ve been here many many many times….most of the time something is wrong with my order or the service is terrible. Today I ordered a wrap with no tomato’s and original chips, got salt and vinegar chips and you guessed…there was tomato’s on it!!! The damn receipt said the correct thing!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO THIS JOMMY JOHNS GO EAT!!! They are total trash and clearly no one there knows how to read!!!!!

I placed an online order for a combo meal and the online ordering system gave me an error message when I asked for delivery at a certain time. No big deal. I just bumped up my time. But my order was still delivered 25 minutes before the time I chose! Wow! Jesse, the JJ driver, sent me a text letting me know that my food had been delivered early! Thanks Jesse!

I went and asked for a sandwich, misreading what was on it. I asked for tomato and extra onions. The clerk told me the sandwich comes with tomato. I said, “oh, sorry.” A person behind the line (I think he was a manager but he had no uniform or name tag) then was extremely rude and lectured me on how Jimmy John’s expects you to know the menu. I even apologized to that guy as well, which I shouldn’t need to do, and he continued to scold me. Horrible attitude. I won’t be back.

The last few times I've tried to order delivery from this location it hasn't let me. Today I got a message saying the store is only open until 4:00 pm?? Idk if they're having staffing shortages or what but everything online still says open till 9pm.

I gave them a chance twice. One, I placed a larger order of lunch boxes for a class I was teaching. Put in the notes that I didn't want mayo on any of them and low and behold, I got a call that there was mayo on the turkeys. The atmosphere of the conversation gave of the vibe that they weren't going to remake them. So I asked them to and was met with that they won't have them done by my original pick up time, fine no biggie, I'll pick 1/2 an hour later. Met with resistance but made sure that I was calm in communicating, I wasn't happy, and it needed to be made right. Longer story short, crew on staff that day ended up remaking them anyway and had them ready to go when I came in. Maybe a rough day, maybe not wanting to re-do the work. 2nd time online tracking was messed up, and I waited forever for my food that had BEEN ready. Not their fault necessarily, but maybe every once in a while, depending on how busy, call the customer to check in if past a certain time? Maybe they already have that and it didn't happen.

First time ever in a Jimmy Johns. The young man made Allen feel bad cause he acted like we were bothering him, not a very personable person until he was joking around with some of the workers then we got to see a smile. Didn’t know what we were doing or where to pick up sandwiches when done. Told them it was our first time in there. Nobody seemed to want to be there. It’s a whole different type of atmosphere then I’m used to I guess. Usually people say hi and thank you in restaurants but not here. Usually people are happy and smile even if they don’t really want too, but not here. Probably won’t be going back to a Jimmy Johns. Gave two stars cause the parts of the restaurant we seen was clean.Sorry

Best Jimmy John’s hands down! The service was exceptional! I accidentally spilled my soda and instead of just handing me paper towels to clean it one of the staff members named Colby stepped right in to clean up my mess!! I was so grateful.

The man who seemed to be the manager. He had his daughter at work- was rude. He was condescending and humiliated his worker. He gave attitude to his customers and his coworkers. He told me I couldn’t read and his daughter could. Very unprofessional and zero leadership skills. He was also singing and gandering food without gloves.

This was worst experience we have ever had. We attempted to order subs with their staff member Phillip and with every time we added to the order he would repeat the entire order back to us and would get it wrong every time. When he finally was able to repeat the order back what we thought was correct when we got to the window they still got it wrong and overcharged us for what we supposed to have and the manager was so rude and slammed the drive thru window on us and refused to right a wrong. Worst Jimmy John’s
