This Scooters consistently messes up my order. Last time, I ordered a lucky leprechaun on the app, and they handed me something that looked like chocolate or caramel... I asked very politely if that was the lucky leprechaun (I hadn't had it before, so maybe it wasn't bright green like the pictures), and they let out a big sigh and rushed back to make the right one. Today, I asked for a large blender, received a small. I asked for a bacon ciabatta sandwich, recieved some sort of... burrito?? And no idea what I actually paid for, considering she didn't give me a total or provide a receipt.They have also gotten SO slow in the mornings. I watched a line of 6 cars form behind me while they made the order for the person in front of me. Then only after I paid at the window did they start my order... Can't imagine how grumpy the people behind me were getting.Guess I'll drive a little further for Starbucks from now on.

First and foremost the Merle hay Scooters has wonderful employees. They are always kind well making amazing drinks and food.This is a review for Scooters as a corporation and specifically the new app. Last Monday on March 4 I placed a group order for myself and my coworkers using the mobile pickup option on the app this order total $42.76 I submitted the order. Then in the car the app told my payment didn’t go thru no big so I submitted the order again.Then looking under my recent order it looked like I had placed 2 order and not just 1. When I arrived at Scooters I double checked with the Barista to see if there were 2 order. She confirmed there were two orders so I was double charged.So I was charged 85.52I asked if there was away for her to cancel the second order and refund the money. She was super kind an example because my order was placed through the Scooter’s app she had no way to refuse the charge on her side and I would need to contact Scooter through the app email.This is were the problem comes into the equation. I reached out Scooters through the email on the app, email through the website, there customer phone number the customer service number no real operator you are just asked to leave a messageI reached out through Facebook messenger where a person just gave me the run around on why no one has contact to issue a refund. And how I need to email scooters I have emailed them at least 6 times.It is now going on 2 wks without any actual communication from Scooters.

I never put reviews in for anything, but I just feel this one is necessary. If you decide to stop at this specific scooters on Merle hay by fare way, I want to let you know that the workers there are pretty rude and snappy, I understand that not everyone wants to be up early because I also dislike being up early but it doesn't kill to be nice to your customers especially when they come through almost everyday and spend money at the location. my wife used to work at Starbucks and she said every-time there is a "regular" customer that comes in they would have their order ready to go and they would be super kind, but since I've been going here every morning it feels more like I'm a burden to them, I could be the only one dealing with this/feeling like this, but I will say when I first started coming to this location a couple years ago, people there used to be very sweet and accommodating, but it's now people who seem to very much dislike their job. it makes me not feel welcome when I order something, even though what I order is straight off the menu with no add ons or customizations. I always have a smile on my face and remain nice towards the workers, but I'm not going to lie, after going to this scooters I leave in a bad mood pretty often. Being rude to someone who is paying for your service everyday can make them feel small. Please be mindful of the people that work there. If there's a different scooters near you, I recommend going to those instead, as I am an avid scooters enjoyer, and every other location I've been to has been extremely pleasant. If any other scooters were closer to me, I would 100% go to those instead, but unfortunately this location is extremely close, and I'm in a rush to get to work every morning. Thank you for reading, and I really hope this location gets better soon.

I don't get to come this way often for coffee. Since I don't frequent Scooters, I like to know what the barristas favorite drink is. They were out of their favorite drink but had a second suggestion. I love it when they play along. The drink came out fast and hot. I wish I was able to get to a Scooters more often. The drinks are great, and the servers are too.

Says your open until 2pm on thanksgiving and 2 vehicles parked where workers park. Yet when I pulled up noone bothered to try and help waited a few minutes and pulled up lights on but no one insight...

The people that work here are usually nice and pleasant but I've gone here a handful of times since moving to Johnston and every single time my order is wrong, which is unfortunate because by the time you drive away and take a sip of your drink, it's too late to turn back and tell them. As much as I want to support small businesses, I'll drive the extra distance for starbucks. It's wild to pay this much for coffee and never receive what you ask for.

Asked for a caramel cold brew with cream and the girl got it all wrong. Was sugar free caramel and she handed it to us with no cream. Then we told her we asked for cream and she said she'd add some. We were watching and it was maybe a tablespoon?!?! Probably the grossest cold brew I've had.

I love going there bc they are always so nice and so friendly plus the wait is always very short. But I've noticed now that every time I order a sausage burrito, half of it is still cold. I couldn't finish it. And last time I asked for two burritos they put them both in at same time and one came out too over done and they other still super cold. I will still continue to go there but maybe not order the burritos anymore ?

We stop at a scooter’s daily and this is the ONE location that drinks are always on point, and we’re always greeted with nothing but genuine friendliness. And they usually remember our order! Love to start my days off here!
