This is the best pizza! It really is like pizza you get in NYC. We order on the Slice app and it is always ready on time and hot! They also have a drive thru pick up window which makes it even easier when picking up pizza with a kid in tow. Try the Margherita or Lasagna pizzas!

Edit to update: still been going back for the protein shakes. If you sign up for their rewards Program you rack up points for Discounts. $1= 1 point. They have $10 ultra pitchers on thurs. And Wellness Wednesday with the $6 shakes. Still haven't tried the food. For some reason, this place is ALWAYS empty. Maybe they need better Marketing?Haven't had the food, only the protein shakes and they are soooo good! Wednesday are Wellness Wednesday so you get 2 bucks off and they are huge! Place looks really clean and staff Was very friendly explaining the options. Will definitely go back again for another shake and some pizza

Your taste buds must be real different... Low quality meat and sauce. Tasted terrible. Took two bites and gave it to the dog. Rather starve than eat it. Deserts we're way too sweet, they hit the trash. Waste of $$$.

Congratulations . OUT OF COKE and refused to refund my money. Now I've been on the phone with DoorDash for almost an hour who insists the order was fulfilled Enjoy your 1 Star Review and the chargeback fees

I love this place. So much. The environment is fun and chill. And the pizza. So good. Don't listen to Shayne

Absolutely loved the fact that we could just have some beers and try all the different pizzas by the slice. The pizza was absolutely amazing and I can not wait to go back and try more of the menu. Everything was so laid back and cozy!

Below average pizza in my opinion, only thing New York about this place was the size of the slices. Just not my cup of tea when it comes to pizza.

I don’t know what I was thinking expecting the food to be decent. The food was absolutely terrible. Your “Rice Ball” also known as Supplì was most certainly not that. It’s not even hard to make and you FAILED in every aspect. You can’t even call this rice, it’s simply mush. Then your pizza margarita.. Your pizza was soggy, and had so much sauce it was sickening. I know this is the US and we’re clearly not in Italy, but good god, you could try a little harder. I definitely will not eat here again. And the people who eat here and think it’s good, are missing out because they don’t even know what it is to have good Supplì or Pizza Margarita.

This place rocks!! Probably the best slice i’ve ever had. Highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch. As they say in NY, forget about it!! Plus, the owners rock. Lots of history, lots of stories. Rick the local half owner is AWESOME, his other half Lou is a retired decorated Sgt on NYPD. Lou’s step daughter is an EMT who, like him, also served at ground zero. Awesome atmosphere, simple, but good lighting, NY decor, openness, TVs. A great visit, great staff, great food. If you visit Des Moines for a weekend or more & don’t come here, it’s your loss.

Love this place! My favorite is the neapolitan pizza with a crust that is the right combination of crispy and chewy and the toppings are always nicely balanced. Service has always been great and the dining area is always clean and super cute.

Really great pizza at a fair price for the huge slices you get. Our waitress was super friendly. Definitely worth a try if you've never been, fastly becoming one of my lunch favorites.
