We’ve now gone twice: first time my son and I had cheese balls and ice cream before an appointment, today I had breakfast with my husband. The food wasn’t bad at all! We both had chicken fried steaks and they were good! I reached out to a local friend and asked them why there’s no business: their response is the coffee isn’t good (they had heard this from word of mouth) and the customer service just isn’t there. This eatery has a very homey atmosphere. The owners are friendly but strict.The inside looks are age warn, I found it curious, but oddly beautiful at the same time.Wish we could be there more often. Home cooked meals are the best!

We asked DK’s Eatery to provide a meal for about 35-40 on short notice. We appreciated them working with us and they were great to accommodate, especially with only 3 staff working. The food was simple but delicious. Even had a wheel chair ramp to help get into the eatery. We will be back to try out more of their menu.
