If you use the app, it is not good, ordered at 6:25, said it was out for delivery at 7:15, called at 7:40 and they said it's just going into the oven.

It would be great pizza if we could get it while it's still hot just once! It sat at the store for 15 minutes eating for a driver. Tracker says it left the store at 6:17. It's 6:47 and still not here.

Ordered online and almost 2hrs later we called to see what was taking so long and was told pizza was done but delivery would still be a hour longer. Had to go pick it up so was left with old food and rude service! Seriously unsatisfied.

First of all the address is incorrect. I placed an order using their app and I drove to the listed address on the app and on Google and there was no business there so I drove around Marion and I found it. I was about 15 minutes late from the the time that was stated on the app when my pizzas would be ready. I had ordered the curbside pickup. When I found the business I saw no curbside parking or pick up or anything labeled at all I saw cars lined up against the side of the business. So I wasn't sure what to do so I went into the store the first customer service person I spoke with told me she couldn't hear me that I needed to speak with someone else. Sorry went over to the counter there was a big line there. I waited for about 15 minutes I finally was able to speak to someone in the gentleman told me my order was canceled. I said what? I said how long would it be to place it and have it filled he said 35 minutes. I said okay I said well how about a credit he informed me that he could not give me a credit because they were too busy. I was speaking louder with this gentleman since the other person couldn't hear me. And another gentleman at the restaurant said sir if you're going to speak loudly you should leave. I said yes I will gladly. And I said I expect credit for my canceled order and I left and I said I would never come back

My food left the store at 7:57pm. I live 6 minutes from the store. My food was not delivered until 8:40pm. When I got my food, the box was bent and soggy. I didn’t receive ANY of my sauces that I paid extra for. I was told my 2 liter pop was busted and leaking in the drivers trunk. Wonder if my food was in his trunk as well?

Took an hour to get my pizza. Commercials are totally false about the delivery. Then when I called the girl had an attitude and did not apologize for the pizza being so late. So long Dominos!!
Don’t go here. My kids love Dominoes but the Employees are horrible. I will take my $ elsewhere and you should too.

September 3rd 2023. Ordered pizza from this location for the 1st time ever through the app. I ordered 2 Philly cheesesteak tots and 16 wings. My order arrived burnt and when I called the store and asked for a manager so I could make a complaint, I was told by the young lady that she was capable of doing anything a manager could do but she would get me a manager. I then spoke with manager Chelsea who was very rude and when I told her I wanted the other girls name as well because I was going to contact corporate, I was told by Chelsea to go ahead and contact corporate after labor day and was told she wasn't going to fix my order since I threatened her with corporate , then she hung up on me. And this is their management staff, the face of their company talk to customers like this. It's very unacceptable behavior from someone in a leadership role. I will not return to this store since this was my 1st impression
