Jimmy's Johns is not what they used to be. The sandwiches have "shrunk?" Still good tasting and all, but when I purchased the #9, it was pretty small in size. I've been buying the #9 for some years, and I noticed that it was MUCH smaller than usual and cost more. I think I'll just make my own Jimmys Johns sandwich, and save myself some money.

Got lettuce on my sandwich when requested none, they couldn't hear a thing I said in the drive thru no matter how loud I was I had to give my order at window after waiting on line so freaky fast?? I think

Normally they are great, but today wasn’t so great I ordered a number 12 which is a beach club and they did not put the avacodo spread on it so my sandwich was super dry.

You can easily customize your sandwich the way you want it; be warned, extra meat, cheese, or guacamole will cost extra.I’ve heard stories about some Jimmy John’s locations not being up to par but this one consistently provides quality service.Whether I’m craving a Bootlegger’s Club with cucumber or a Spicy East Coast Italian with peppers, Jimmy John’s on 7th Avenue has always satisfied my hunger.

Delivery person made my daughter feel like it was such an inconvenience delivering to the door. My daughter is agoraphobic and mentally can't leave her home but we won't inconvenience this business anymore

WOW on the portion. This is a plain slim 4 and boy was it slim on the Turkey. Staff is always friendly but this time is was a little ridiculous. You would think to add just a little more. I had to add extra Turkey I had bought from Hy-vee just be able to taste the meat. Disappointed is all.**UPDATE** called the store and gentleman acknowledged the low quantity of meat and stated this is the recommended weight that is used. still a first for me. Other than that, online ordering is good and staff is nice.

Order online at your own peril. Once is a fluke but several times is not. Seems the last few times I order online there is an issue. Once the order was delivered to the wrong address and then once I did get the order it was wrong. Now I’ve ordered and out of two sandwiches I ordered I only received one and the options I was given was to go pick it up or receive a credit. Jimmy you need to do better.
