Ordered from the Internet New York style sausage pepperoni bacon onion black olive green pepper extra cheese extra sauce added up to 38 plus the tip I let online and the hand cash I gave the guy of three bucks comes out. My 38 pizza is a three cheese cheese pizza so I just paid 41 bucks for a cheese pizza from Papa John's. I guess they seen me coming. Be careful what you order online and you're better off talking to a person. Worse experience I've ever had using what they give you for questions. I ordered a delivery and they put it in as takeout just to show how messed up that is

All I can say is that I'm super happy that I decided to place my order on New Years Eve. I was hesitant because of all the other reviews that I was reading. We did NOT experience any of these other issues that I have read about so that makes me believe they were isolated incidences. We ordered 8 pizzas with a bunch of different dipping sauces. I called ahead to check on the order to make sure it was all good for pickup. Sam answered the phone and assured me everything was good for my order. She was 100% correct and super friendly/polite on the phone. My friend picked up our order a half hour later and everything went smooth and the order was done correctly and on time for pickup. Pizza tasted amazing and looked great upon arrival to my house a half hour away. We did however have the pizza in our own pizza delivery bag so it kept them fresh for the ride home. Overall I will definitely be back and can't wait to place another order with this amazing store and it's great staff!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT WORK YOU PUT IN ON A HOLIDAY TO KEEP ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS SATISIFIED!!!! IT DOESN'T GO UNNOTICED AND YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE IN MY BOOK!!!!!

Not a sit-down restaurant, but they do have a decent sitting area if you are early to get you pizza. Always smells great! And the food has always been good from this location.

Somehow the manager working on 12/8/23 at 6:15pm thinks it is the customer's problem if they don't deliver your whole order. She expected me to wait over 30 minutes for items I paid for. She was rude and wouldn't let me speak my frustration. She wanted to argue with me. She blamed the delivery driver. What kind of manager puts blame on others? It is her job to ensure quality and accuracy. I wasted over $50 and the food was not even cut all the way through. We had to cut our pizza ourselves, over again. My advice is to check your order before the driver leaves. Can't trust they will get your order right. Let alone deal with a manager who doesn't know how to correct issues.

My order took 10 minutes to put in with someone at a call center. I was quoted 35 minutes and wait and my pizza wasn’t ready for over an hour.
Amanda is and has been very courteous and friendly every time that I have gone in there to pick up for my family. Not only her but all the staff seem like a fun and hard working bunch! Good job guys and gals and thank you for being quick and accurate everytime!!

If i could give No stars i would I have never in my life the manager at this so call pizza place no talking to him he told me I ordered online and i ordered over the phone I got over charged the only good thing I can say is the delivery lady was such a pleasant person I honestly felt

Don’t not order from this place it’s a fraud deal and the manager is a big a hole that lies and fights and argue with you and they won’t give you a refund and I’ll charge pizza to your card that you never ordered

I ordered two pizzas online and was going to pick it up. When I arrived I walked in and automatically you could tell the atmosphere was cheerful ,was great, they had great banter with each other ,they were in good moods they were working hard and having fun. So I walk up to the counter and tell them that I'm there to pick up my pizzas. Before Iy even say another word they cccccccccccccc fzme the afmy name and went to grab the cccme. Tsshat's when they informed me that they c a mistake on one of my pizzas and that they had to remake it and I was going to be receiving an additional pizza. I ordered two and ended up taking home three. And then...... they topped my order off with plates, napkins and a couple other goodies just for the inconvenience. Which by the way was no inconvenience to me because they had corrected the mistake before I got there. I just really think that they handled themselves wonderfully I would definitely recommend ordering from there. I'm going back for sure......
