This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I live down the street so I’ve been there numerous times and every time it’s terrible. The service is awful. Every single time. You can tell that literally everyone that works there hates their jobs and they take it out on the customers. Clearly management/owners need to figure themselves out. It’s so convenient to have a subway so close to me and that’s the only reason I go there, but I regret it almost every time. It’s actually pathetic. It’s so obvious that management/owners don’t lead well because I’ve never come across an employee that is happy there. I’m going to stop going there because this time was the last straw for me. It’s going to be bad every time. It’s obvious now.

Accidentally ordered online to this location when I was out of town. Stupid app doesn’t have a cancel order button. Tried calling them FIVE TIMES so they could cancel my order and NOT ONCE did anyone answer. Lousy customer service. Thanks for wasting my money!

i ordered online and this is by far the worst subway i've ever been to. they forgot over half of the toppings on my sandwich, there was barely any meat, no onions, no green peppers, no ranch, no pepper, no salt, no oregano, no parmesan cheese and instead of extra pickles they gave me extra olives (i did not ask for olives). i also ordered 2 cookies and did not get any. subway is by far one of my favorite food places and all this did was make me not wanna eat there again.

Lmao I ordered a BLT sandwich takeout and they completely drenched it in salt for no reason I can’t get a refund they said because it’s almost half gone. I’ve ordered the same meal for the past week from here never was there salt on it before. Waste of $10.

Definitely one of my least favorite subways in town. The guy working apparently refuses to acknowledge a child speaking. My 8yo daughter told him what she wanted just like she does everywhere and the guy completely ignored her while staring at me to repeat the same thing she just said. But he at least showed effort in making the sandwich. Store is very small. Not ideal for eating in. But food was good so not the worst.

This place has the most racist management I’ve seen they wrote up all black co workers but yet anyone who isn’t colored can do as they please they can break rules and get away with it. Aaron Nelson is also in charge of this store and thinks it’s okay to Be RACIST Aaron will not say a word about any worker who is caucasian. This is not the way to start Black History Month it’s sad to say we still have racist people in the world.

This place is horrible!! I ordered a teriyaki chicken sub and it was cold! You would think it would be warm and toasted. My hubby ordered chicken bacon ranch and said it was horrendous. We will not eat there again!!
