I love Burger King but actually the one in Marshalltown, not their location, is very dirty. I went and my shoes stuck to the floor. The tables were very dirty and the food does not have that flavor or freshness, very watery and greasy. I like Burger King and I would like them to improve it.?

Walked in. Nobody around. Another customer just standing there. Hadn't been waited on either. Waited for about 3 minutes. Called out. Nobody answered. Man comes walking up from somewhere in the back, then female with headset on comes out from her hiding place. Never made it to the counter, either. She calls out for somebody, n asks if he was on duty yet? He pops up n tells her don't worry about it, he was taking care of his business. Too bad his business didn't have anything to do with the customer that was walking out of the door, empty handed, for his last time.

It's terrible when you go to a Burger King and get threatened by employees. I don't think I'll be going back to a couple of them here. I'm not intimidated nor was I scared. From being our favorite place to now become a s*******. The only thing employees at Burger King can do would be eat the corn.

Absolutely horrible......terrible experience......took 20 minutes to order then 30 minutes to get it and it was cold......entire store was filthy..... never again !!!!!!!!!
They handed me the wrong order at drive thru. I pulled around and went in to exchange for my correct order. They handed me the bag with my correct order receipt and when I looked in the bag it appeared to be correct. Once I got Dien the road and started eating I realized it was not the impossible whopper I had ordered but a bacon spicy double whopper!!!! I can understand handing me the wrong bag but how did the second mistake happen? The impossible whopper is quite different from two meat patties with bacon and jalapeños!

This local establishment is barely hanging by it's threads. Interior is dingy and uncomfortable. Spiderwebs in the play area, and along door frames. Not new ones either. They were pretty dusty.Tables left unwashed, soda machines had a select few flavor syrups filled, most were only club soda and no flavors. Could hear the staff in back discussing, well, anything. It appeared only 3-4 employees were staffed in the entire building so they were doing the best they could with those that showed up.

This morning Oct 10, 2023 at 7:26 am I ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese croissants. I was the only one in the drive-thru and the parking lot was clear. I had to wait a minute or two to order no problem. I paid for my order. The lady that received my money was kind. So as I proceeded to the next window the lady in that window was the rudest ever! She opened the window forcefully handed me my bag and said here you go she slammed the window and walked away. I didn't get asked if I needed anything else in which I did. I needed some jelly and napkins. I blew the horn to get her attention. No one came to the window. Unfortunately I had to be at work so I didn't have time to park my car and go inside in which I shouldn't have had to. This was my first time visiting this town and if I come back here I will never go to this fast food restaurant again. It's just really sad because Burger King is one of my favorite places to eat.
Gentlemen in the back are doing incredible!
