We ordered takeout food. We ordered the "build your own pasta" dish. There is a wide variety of pastas, meats and veggies to choose from. It comes with garlic bread. We always order garlic cheese bread as well. The food is always delicious, service great and the price is reasonable for tasty Italian. This is our "go to" restaurant for Italian cuisine in the central Iowa area. We will be back again!!Parking: There is lots of parking.
March the 1st we stopped in for some fine Italian food while here for the state swim meet? Italian beef had delicate sliced beef with the salty aju ? bacon cheeseburger pie had a different but delicious take than what I’m used to?chicken alfredo was my daughters but found myself cleaning the plate clean and the chocolate chip cannoli was a nice dessert to following ?Place was not real busy when we got in but got real busy in a hurry and the staff did a fine job handling it, job well done ?

Our poor waitress was great but way overwhelmed. She was the only one working the floor while others just stood around. The owner was just standing behind the counter visibly angry, but not helping out. We waited almost 2 hours to get our food. There wasn't a table in the place that did not have something on their ordered messed up. Ours the pizza toppings were wrong. The food however was good when it did come out.

Always a great experience when I go! Good food, a great environment, and the staff are always amazing. The meals take a little more time, but the quality is always unmatched.
Seated quickly but the waitress seemed to be on her first day. Literally shushed my husband when he was ordering with changes so she could write slowly. Mozzarella breadsticks were ok. Took 25 minutes for 2 calzones to get to our table. A folded small pizza crust with seasonings that were a bit much and toppings that weren't very flavorful. Hubby mentioned jalapenos not hot at all. Driving from Boone was not not what we expected.

Pasta and pizza is good but it's the cheesy bread that is amazing make sure to get extra marinara sauce tho. Every time I go I get the baked BLT but their calzones are really good too. I love the vibe in there nice, dark, quiet but friendly.
I had one of the salads and it was really good. You probably will need to ask for extra dressing though. They make their own dressing and that made it wonderful. Everyone really enjoyed their meal and the waitress was amazing. Very kind and very helpful. Definitely someplace I'd like to visit again.Parking: There was a huge parking lot. Very few cars for the whole mall. There is not a problem at all finding parking space.Kid-friendliness: We had a 4-month-old baby with us and we were made to feel very comfortable. It was very family friendly.
