My order was incorrect & when I called the store to talk to them about it the "manager" MIKE LEWIS was nasty towards me & told me I was wrong & wouldn't even let me talk! He should be fired immediately because the way he treated me was completely unacceptable! He even treated his employee bad as I could here it on the phone while waiting for him! MIKE LEWIS @ the Marshalltown, Iowa store SHOULD NOT be a "manager" ever!!!
My overall experience was excellent. It was very easy to order and pay on the app. I live 8 miles from the Pizza Hut delivery site in Marshalltown Iowa and when I had finished my order on the app I hopped into my truck and drove to the location to pick up my pizza. When I arrived I gave my name and they handed me my freshly baked pizza piping hot. I didn't have to wait at all and the entire experience took less time than cooking a frozen pizza in my oven at home. I used to work at this particular Pizza Hut delivery location 35 years ago after graduation from high school and I am very pleased to see that they are still giving their customers the same level of service that we did 35 years ago. I highly recommend this location for an excellent pizza that by the way tasted great and was cooked to perfection.
