Bacon not done. They put tuna on my BLT. Then they didn’t even put tuna on the Tuna sandwich. When I called them they said that there is nothing that they can do. They need to fix my sandwiches.

I placed an order through their website and they messed everything up. When I called to try to get it fixed the lady that answered on 3/25/2024 around 7ish was very rude. She asked how it was her problem that she messed up our whole order in a very rude tone. If she doesn’t like her job then she should find a new one. I’m very upset about this whole ordeal and want a refund.

Holy onions. Felt sorry for the workers. No ventilation for when they have to cut onions. Made eating there very painful. Caused the workers problems with being friendly. Heard a lot of irritated comments.

Ill first start by saying their customer service was absolutely terrible. They yelled at my wife because she wanted to add something to her sandwich, then refused to make another customer sandwich, because his tuna was hard as a rock, then threw a fit making my sandwich at check out. The manager is a real catch… The whole place is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. I feel real bad for the owners. I would not recommend this place. Go to jimmy John’s or any where else.

Order was made wrong, ice had mold in it, no greeting from employees, when I walked up to the counter everyone ran to the back of store. 3 workers there and no one acted like they wanted to help. Guy that gave us our food sneezed everywhere prior to hanging us our food without washing his hands. Will not be returning too many red

I would leave less than none if I get it if I could the lady behind the counter was as rude as can be. There was one person in there ordering I was looking at something and she told me I needed to get back behind. The customer asked her if she had something give me a dirty look and told me no we don’t do that all I wanted was an egg white omelette thing other subways do have it, she rolled her eyes at me said no I said OK then I’m not gonna get anything. She slammed down the bread and said OK I will never go back. I just moved here. I have a subway card with over $500 on it I was going to use it. I go to Subway a lot , yeah I will find another subway. Even if I have to go to Ames, I will never go to that one and her attitude is ridiculous.
