Had a 6 pack and a pound around 11 am. I only live a few blocks away and the food was all cold when I got home. Very disappointed. This is the first time this has happened there. Not sure if I will go back.

This place has gone way down hill! Just bought a six pack and a pound! Food was cold and the meat tasted old and there wasn’t any seasoning on the oles… I can’t wait for Taco Bell to open on the 29th

Love love love taco John's oles and churros but today, churros were hard as a rock and over cooked. Not much love for those.

One bad experience. Order was wrong. noone wanted anything.Tried calling that night right away with no answer. Went there the next day to ask about replacing or refunding and they said I should of kept calling and I showed them the call log on my phone but there was nothing they could do now even with a reciept. I still ordered food I was just hoping they'd make it right since it was like a $40 order. Good food. Still go there alot

It's a fast food place. We went through the drive thru and our order was correct.

This location used to be great but has gone majorly downhill since they went under new management. Today i ordered a fried chicken taco and Mexican donut bites. I got cold chicken in the taco, and the donut bites were literally raw. The woman at rhe register was apologetic I guess and remade the food, but blamed it on the fryer when it was pretty obvious that someone just undercooked the donut bites and the chicken had clearly been in a warmer for too long. The chicken still wasn't as hot as it should've been, and the donut bites aren't fluffy and light like they're supposed to be. I should've eaten at home.

I stopped in Tuesday 11/28 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.Plastered all over the building there is a deal running that if you purchase a meat and potato burrito, super burrito, or taco bravo you get the second one for a dollar. So I ordered the meat and potato burrito (chicken) and a super burrito and clarified at the speaker that I would get the second item for a dollar. After getting up to the window I noticed that the total seemed off so I clarified with the cashier that I was getting the second item for a dollar. She replied, "I think so." She then proceeded to run my card. After asking for the receipt I saw that I wasnt charged the dollar for the second item so I brought it to her attention. After she talked to the manager for a bit (who didnt even talk to us directly or even attempt to correct the situation), the cashier opened the window and told me that they couldnt do the second item for a dollar because the meat and potato burrito was chicken. Which after looking at the sign, it doesnt say that anywhere on there. At some point, I just ended up eating the extra cost and moved forward in line. After going through all that, I got home just to find that my order wasn't correct and that they didnt put the correct type of meat on the meat and potato burrito.I have worked in customer service a good portion of my life, and to see a manager not try to correct the situation or address it themselves is absolutely unacceptable. I am a frequent customer here, but this will be my last time being a paying customer at this establishment.

Honestly besides DQ this is the only fastfood place in marshalltown with a staff that knows what they are doing.

I stopped to get a couple quick tacos and they basically were awful.the meat was sparse and toppings were plentiful.I was so disappointed since we use to eat there alot when we lived in marshalltown.they used to make amazeing food but as alot of places they have lessened their increaseing priced food.

The cheddar crunch taco looks exactly like its photo. It was unique and delicious. The drive-through parking is cramped. We got a large order and had to pull forward. There was no room for the person behind us to get out so we turned to let them out and then parked by the drive-through. Our food was given to someone else who had to pull forward. The staff caught the mistake in time and was very apologetic.

Went through the drive through on way home and ordered a steak burrito, with hot sauce. Get home and it's 2 soft taco's and no hot sauce!!! They didn't even put the right order in on the ticket even though they said the right info back before pulling around!

Gets a one because you can't do zero. Ordered at drive up. Waited. Pulled to side and waited and still got a cold burrito. Bad performance all the way around. Wasted

The worst burrito I've ever had from a taco johns. Couldnt finish it. Tortilla was dry and cracking and meat smelled rancid.
