Management needs to prioritize their product and customers. Disappointing at best, out 20 bucks on some overpriced garbage, but not as garbage as the hiring practice of the owner because wow.

Cold food. Cash register constantly broken so you have to use a kiosk that doesent work. The kiosk drops orders so you won't get the food. It doesent print a receipt.Store was clean

I have had nothing but good service and good food. Buns are always fresh and burgers taste wonderful. Staff have been friendly and excellent in their customer service!

A while ago dining in my mom had ordered some chili, and there was a fly swimming in it, which they apologize for but still disgusting. My sister had ordered a salad many of times from there and there will be main ingredients that are supposed to be in the salad just missing every time no chili on a taco salad? How is that possible to mess up every time. And the number one reason to not eat here is that all didn't steer you away already is the service. I was in the drive thru with my family before and we were put on hold which is understandable but there was a employee coming out the back door to smoke a cigarette in the middle of the drive thru when she was done 10 min later and walked back inside then we got a apology for the wait that's unacceptable. I've been at the window before and heard screaming at other employees by management and have seen the manager bagging food with the gloves making drinks etc disgusting and before at Perkins across the road from Wendy's I've seen all the employees outside smoking god knows what this place is all over bad.

Went through the drive-thru and both burgers I ordered were barely warm, buns were hard and crusty and the nuggets were also not hot. I went inside and explained what happened, the lady at the counter rolled her eyes, did not even apologize, just asked if I wanted a refund. I asked if I could have my order remade, as my family had a long drive home. They remade my order, WITHOUT gloves (so gross), while making snide comments to each other about my request. I walked out, not wanting to cause a scene, but very disappointed and now out $20 and still hungry.
