I love me some Buffalo wild wings however, I wish this location would do the all you can eat wings and fries for $20 the nearest location near where I live and Iowa is all the way down in Ames that will offer the $20 for the all you can eat wings and fries.

We walked in, first thoughts, place felt dirty, as well it looked dirty....smelled funny, moldy!!! The lerson that added us to the waiting list, ni introduction, no smile, i could hear her talk.......There was 4 sets of people waiting when we got there, we were the 5th wait listed. I look around the place to see what seats might be good to see the game, and there is like 8 tables unoccupied. 4 looked clean. Just sayin.....id think twice before going here, the employees dont seem to want to be there, so why would you!!! We left after about 10mins of waiting.....Boulder tap house, much nicer anyway!!!

Don't know if they were short staffed somewhere on a Saturday at 2pm, but I saw at least 4 waitresses, and 2 different 'bus boys' and a bartender, and then the girl at the front was handling the register and seating, she told us when we walked in there would be a wait. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, while we stood at the front to wait, because they were using the benches normally there for waiting customers for two heaters/fans to sit on not being used at all, there were at least 5 tables/booths open but not cleared or cleaned off. We got 1 menu to look at between 4 of us, we got one thing of silverware until our meal came. Before that, the waitress asked us for our drink order then forgot about us for about a 15 minutes, another 10 until we ordered. 2 of us got our meals, then 15 minutes later the other 2, all of it was barely warm. The waitress was really nice and she was smiling and trying to be happy at least, and she did say she was a bit frazzled from running around so much and she apologized for 'forgetting about us. Didn't really think it was her fault anyways, and not sure who or what was at fault, but it just wasn't running very smoothly that day! Hope you got everything back up to par, first time we've really ever had not so great service there.

Placed an order for takeout asked for 50 wings two big cups of blue cheese and two big cups of ranch and one big cup of honey bbq told the order will be ready at 12:45 get there at 12:45 wait 15 minutes for my food asked why I only got one cup each and two small cups of bbq and was told that’s the max I can order I just dropped $78.62 just crazy they are limiting that when they are making money ranch and blue cheese are cheap so to limit that when people are paying almost $80 for food is crazy to me and to top it off I ask for buffalo sauce and get Buffalo dry rub thanks bww I vow to never eat at any of your restaurant other then the Las Vegas location

This BWW has been a struggle the last few times. Decided to give it another whirl, the food was pretty good. The service was mediocre. Never was offered refills, then they messed up my wife's order and it took so long for someone to come back to the table that we just decided to have the item removed from our bill and leave.The atmosphere was typical BWW, except the volume was on 110 and the thermostat was set to 35.
This restaurant needs an overhaul on managment or something complete waste of our time everytime we try to eat here. For a group of 4 we waited 15 minutes after being seated and no one else acknowledged us or took our drink or food orders. The place was not even close to full. Overheard other customers who were waiting for over an hour for their food plus customers leaving stating to check that our tickets are correct. Pretty sure part of the problem was not wanting to honor the deals for prior to 6pm and Thursdays BOGO wings deal.

Went in for lunch, waited several minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited 15 minutes for a waitress only to see her wait on people who came in after us. Gave another 5 minutes due to the lunch rush. We decided to relocated to another place for lunch. It was equally as busy. We were seated, drinks ordered, lunch order placed and was delivered within the 20 minutes we waited at BWW. Thanks Applebee's for your promt service, friendly staff and delicious food!

Arrived around 1:30. We were seated at the unclean bar at about 1:45. Although the place had many open tables, none were clean. Finally got a beer around 2 and placed an order for 10 wings. Wings arrived at 3:00, cold. The place was not busy. Ordered wings at BWW and it took an hour+.
