First guy had attitude when said we had multiple orders. The person that gave us our orders was friendly, but both lacked customer service skills. Biggest concern was the crew preparing orders were not wearing gloves. Not one single employee. Violation of Iowa health code 31.1(3).

Pizza was a whole hour late. “Out for delivery” for a whole hour? Pizza was cold and dry. And they only offer 20% off or reward points?
Ordered pizza with 2 dips. Dips were never send with the order so called back and was told a driver would be around in 20 minutes. Waited an hour and still no dips. Called again and was “credited “ free cheese bread. Called a week later and there was allegedly no record of the free credit. Manager was rude, employee at the phone was rude, will never order from here again. What a joke

I didn't go in so it wouldn't be fair to rate that!I thought the food sucked and I believe I have food poisoning.. I wanted to loose weight .. but I didn't want to do it by feeling like my internal organs are coming out ! DO BETTER! I am not the 1st and I doubt I'll be the last who has gotten sick within a month!

The wait time is crazy for delivery it takes about 1to 2 hours to get your order and the drivers still ask for a tip door dash Pizza Hut it’s faster but an hour and a half
